Aspenwood 2 bedroom K-17

Located in Upper Snowmass village, skiing is nearby with a short walk. If stairs are an issue this is not your ski-in/ski-out spot. Clean unit. Dated kitchen and bathrooms. Mattresses need to be replaced IMO. Internet is ok. TVs don't stream but ran Netflix on a pc and hooked up to TV. If you aren't picky about those things it's a great location and reasonably priced. The outdoor pool and hot tubs are a nice bonus. Parking was easy and permit was easy to secure. The property management was very responsive.

My husband, our son and our grandson had a wonderful time in Snowmass. The condo was roomy and the beds comfortable. We had all the dishes, pans and utensils needed to cook on the wonderful gas stove.

Great location and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Only thing was that the guest bathroom did not flush well.

Enjoyed our stay here. The beds were the best! Very comfortable. Loved and open space of the living, dining and kitchen. Great place for kids too due to the 2-bed loft. Only drawback was no view. Shops, dining, groceries all close. also close to hiking trails nearby by car. Loved it!

Fine ski place, close to slopes (5 minute walk). Very clean, nice sized bedrooms. The beds are very bouncy - mattresses probably need replacing because my light sleeping husband was disturbed every time I moved in bed. The condo is slightly dark inside just because of the position across from another building. There really isn’t a view of anything except for the opposite building (the bedrooms have a view of the parking lot). We definitely appreciated the cooking spices, along with pots and pans, silverware, etc. There’s even slow cooker that we used to make pulled pork so it was ready after a full day of skiing. Very nice hottub is 100 feet from the door. Starbucks is 5-8 minute walk, and the grocery store (Clark’s) is a shuttle bus ride (or 5 minute car ride) from the condo. Snow mass was great for skiing, and this condo was fine. Checkin was super easy, and the management company responsive.

Very nice place, all furniture in good condition, loved the master bedroom. A short walk to the mountain, free shuttle stops right outside of the building (takes you to clarks market).Fireplace stopped working, they did come over immediately, but needed a spare part that wasn’t available at the time.Overall great unit, loved Aspenwood, would definitely stay here again!!!Kim and their team are top notch!

Comfortable, clean, and a great location! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen has everything you would need, it feels spacious with the high ceilings and you can’t beat the location. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Aspen.

I had the best time staying here, and hope to return soon! It was the easiest check-in/check-out process ever. All of the bests were comfortable and everything was so clean. It was great to be walking distance from restaurants and close to Aspen. Kim was amazing, super responsive & friendly. This was a five-star stay with a five-star host.

We enjoyed this roomy unit for a family get away. We could walk everywhere. The pool and hot tub were a treat. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was great. Only a short walk into town and then the mountain. Cozy place, could have used better bed pillows. I would definitely recommend it and consider coming back!

We enjoyed our stay at Aspenwood. We didnt experience any issues and the location was in the middle of everything.

We stayed here with my husband and 2 elementary age children. This was very convenient to the slopes (ski out and ski in), however if you do need to pick kids of from ski school it is a bit of stairs from the top of the Skittle Gondola. Great hot tubs! Nice big bedrooms.

This is a perfect condo for a family. It’s very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the communication from management if prompt, and the location is fabulous if you are looking to stay in snowmass. Would be really fun with older kids Bc of the loft space!

The condo is older but still nice. Bathrooms are small and not en suite due to building design. Only real issues were hot water ran out periodically, sofa sleeper is not comfortable for a grown man, and no laundry in the unit. Not sure if water heater was dedicated to that unit or the building. Water pressure is strong, cold water is super cold and excellent to drink, hot water was super hot. Josh provided extra towels on request so we did not need laundry after all. Sofa is comfortable but pull out sleeper is not, but are any comfortable? Location is excellent. Nearby hot tubs and heated pool are very nice. It’s about 100 yards to the slopes and 113 steps down to (and up from) the Snowmass Mall. Views from the master bedroom are spectacular. Our family of 5 had a great time.

Unit is clean and exactly as advertised. It's not a luxury unit, but solid in all of the ways that matter. Walkable to the slopes, very close to dining and the village. We left a beer in the fridge.

We had a great stay here. Property was close to everything. We were able to ski in so we didn't have to carry all of our equipment up hill with us. No complaints.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. The location to skiing and restaurants within 2 minutes of walking can’t be beat. We will definitely use this condo again in the future. The cost for the location and cleanliness is tough to beat. Rent this unit... you won’t be disappointed!

Good directions, uncomplicated check-in, roomy and great access to the slopes (50 yd walk). This unit is well equipped and comfortable. Locker for the skis outside the front door is very convenient. The living room and kitchen area is not as bright as pictured and we had to use the lights during the day. Comfy beds and linens. Hot tub, pool and sauna are a plus. Overall the unit is quite nice and I would rent it again.

Great place with great location!

I stayed for a weekend with a couple of co workers while we were in town for a job. The condo was great for us! Very clean, well taken care of and we had no trouble with any of the instructions. We used the sleeping loft as well and it was perfect, easier than setting up the pull out couch. Plenty of dining options in walking distance as well. We would stay again if the need arose.
