Kim Allen, Co-Owner. Kim Allen is in responsible for all marketing, listing updates and communication content. She has 30+ years of experience in the hospitality industry leading in both marketing and business development. Kim is originally from Massachusetts and came to Aspen sight unseen, following friends, in 1992. Since then she has enjoyed living and working in the Aspen community. Starting in hospitality straight out of the gate after graduating college and moving to Aspen, she has a depth of experience in creating memorable experiences for homeowners and visitors. When she isn't hard at work ensuring accurate, clear and positive communication with our clients she is out on her mountain bike, running, hiking, skiing, going to concerts and hanging on her front porch looking up at Aspen Highlands ski area.
As Co-Owner, Kim Estock oversees accounting, finance, and rate management, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry. Since relocating from Utah in 1992, Kim has made the Roaring Fork Valley her home, becoming a respected figure in the Roaring Fork Valley’s community.
Her deep-rooted knowledge of the local market, combined with her commitment to operational excellence, plays a vital role in the success of the organization. Outside of work, Kim enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, and spending quality time with her family—embracing all that mountain living has to offer.
Paddy Allen is our General Manager. Paddy has over 35 years of experience in property management and can fix anything or knows someone that can! He also oversees our operations team for efficiency and quality for our homeowners.
Mathilda Janzon is our Client Relations and Marketing/Sales Assistant Manager. Mathilda is responsible for managing any remodels or updates needed to our vacation rental properties.She will contact you to offer assistance when new property items are required.Feel free to reach out to her if you are interested in any updates to your vacation rental. She is also a social media whiz! Share your photos with her to be featured in our social posts.
Andrew Herrington is our Client Relations Manager. Andrew is responsible for supervising our team to ensure clear and accurate communication with our guests and owners. Homeowners will appreciate his proactive communication regarding any upcoming visits, updates on property condition and improvements. He has many years of experience in property management and care and he brings that experience and knowledge to elevate the attention to detail our owners and guests have come to expect from iTrip Aspen Snowmass.
Matt Sullivan is our Senior Operations Manager. Matt works closely with scheduling the team in the field, preventative maintenance and is our HOA liason. You will hear from him regarding any updates from your HOA, major home improvements that are needed, especially in regards to safety. Matt has completed the Breezeway short-term rental safety inspector course and leads our team in understanding the safety regulations of our vacation rentals.
