Beautiful space in a beautiful location. Found ourselves walking to meals around Snowmass vs going into Aspen as much as we anticipated, which was nice. Had a couple questions which were answered quickly every time. Rained our last day so the fireplace was a nice touch. Would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful unit with nice views. Very clean, most anything you would need. Appreciated having washer/dryer in unit. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, although it ran a bit hot, as memory foam can do. Probably not an issue in cooler months. Great WiFi and TV. Very short walk to gondolas, with shops and restaurants just steps away. Easy free transportation to Aspen and other locations. Downloadable guide was very informative and helpful. We took two trips to Maroon Bells-one to hike a little bit and the second to arrive at sunrise to see the Bells’ reflection in the lake! Highly recommended!

you could not ask for a better location in Snowmass Village. Great amenities like parking and ski locker made this unit very convenient. All appliances and furnishings were in good, clean working order.

Beautiful unit and location. Only drawback is the unexpected construction (floor drilling to replace floor tile) that was being conducted in the building (in a unit above us). It was very loud and when the contractor was advised the job should, he opted for a less invasive method, over drilling, which could be heard throughout the day. Otherwise the stay was lovely.

Directions on check-in poor. No one answering emergency telephone # and no one in office during regular hours.

Positives: Condo clean, good appointments and tasteful furnishings. Everything worked. View good. Staff replaced defective humidifier without question. Staff responsive but slow in esponse.Negatives: I have been coming to Snowmass for over 20 years, but we had major problems on check-in and getting the key after hours and following confusing directions to our unit at night. Also, no one ever seemed to be at the emergency number or in the Shadowbrook office.Could use a house shuttle from the airport like every other housing facility in Snowmass.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place in Snowmass CO! Her place was clean and the location honestly can’t be beat. The Gondola is right down the elevator as well as many great restaurants and stores. We did a day trip to Maroon Bells and other great hikes . Overall we had a wonderful experience and fun long holiday weekend!

We absolutely loved our stay in Snowmass. The condo was everything we needed. It was actually better in person. The kitchen and bathroom are updated with all the amenities you would need or expect. Everything was perfectly clean! Easy check-in and checkout. Very quiet. Covered parking with key card access. Location is right at the base of the gondola. If you are a skier, there is a personal ski locker; we were there for hiking. :)

We had a 10 nights stay and thoroughly enjoyed it.The location of the Condo was fabulous and we appreciated the short walk from the well located ski locker to the Gondola.We also appreciated the secure undercover car park.The Condo was well appointed with a kitchen that had everything we needed, large front loading washer and dryer and a comfortable bed.We would be pleased to stay in the Condo again in the future.

Had a 10 night stay at Capitol Peak 3209 and enjoyed it very much. Condo was clean and neat and very comfortable for our stay.The location of the Condo was fabulous and we appreciated the very short walk from the conveniently located ski locker on the ground floor across to the Gondola. We also thought the secure undercover car parking was fantastic.The Condo was well appointed with a kitchen that had everything we needed, large front loading washer and dryer and a comfortable King bed.We would be very pleased to be able to stay in the Condo again in the future.

This is the best ski-in/out in Snowmass. 20 steps from the gondola, 30 steps from ice skating ring and 40 steps to ski school. Jordan from I-trip was texting and following up if we checked in ok (since our plane was delayed)

My wife, 18 year-old son, and I just returned from our week-long stay at CP 3209. I can't rave enough about the entire experience with iTrip, from the initial rental process, on-going communication, check-in/check-out process, and condition of the condo. The condo was impeccably clean, had plenty of cookware and supplies, had a great view and plenty of storage space. My son slept on the pull out sofa, which was of high quality and very comfortable, not like the typical fold out sofa. The king bed in the bedroom was also very comfortable. The bathroom had a shower and tub. All furniture was updates and in great condition. We had an issue with one side of the toaster not working and I had a replacement the next day. The ski lockers in the first level were perfect, walking just 20 steps from the Elk Gondola to the lockers. The proximity to the gondola, Village Express, and the Sky Cab was awesome. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery store is only a 10 min walk away. No need to rent a car. I highly recommend CP 3209 for a family ski trip.

It was our first trip to snowmass and Capitol Peak was the best place to stay. It has the perfect location right in front of the gondola, restaurants, and ski school. It was the perfect size for a family of four. It had a spacious kitchen with all the necessary appliances, and a counter with stools to chat with the cook! The bathroom had a bathtub and a separate shower. The living area had a table for six people and a sofa area with a fireplace. My teenagers slept very comfortably on the pullout sofa. Our bedroom was spacious, a bit more lighting would have been better but it was modern and nice. The service to pick up the keys and to answer any of our questions during our stay was exceptional. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to snowmass.

While this was my first time visiting Snowmass Village, I can’t imagine that there’s a more prime location to stay than here - right in the middle of everything! Check in was seamless, parking was easy and convenient, and the condo had everything we needed! The hosts were very prompt, and happy, to answer any questions we had. Bed was cozy, shower was nice with good water pressure, and we also enjoyed the gym/hot tub that the complex had. If we find ourselves in Snowmass again, we’d book here again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Very clean and a great location. We love it here.

Great communication and perfect location. Close to restaurants and the gondola! The place was clean and the big king bed was super comfy! It was a little difficult to find but Kim and the team were super responsive and helpful while getting in and out.

loved the apartment and the location - a blanket was a little dirty but other than that everything was great - they’re strict about timings yhough and we had to return the parking pass right away - would’ve been nice if we could get an hour or more

A+ experience, everything ready on time and Itrip was super flexible and had a great solution to help me Squeeze in an extra morning of skiing. The unit was well furnished and has everything you’d want in it including a boot dryer! Location just can’t be beat. Thanks again for a great stay!

Very convenient location right at the base of the mountain, steps from ski rental, ski school, and the main lifts. The unit was well stocked, and I appreciated that the pull out sofa was high quality. It was easy to communicate with the host, and they were helpful during our stay.

Great condo! Location could not be better for skiing in Snowmass. Check-in required picking up keys and parking pass a few blocks away, but it only took a moment. The unit was clean and comfortable. It was a represented in the pictures. We would love to return and would use itrip again with confidence.

We just had an amazing stay in the Snowmass Village condo! As a family of 4 we fit very comfortably in the condo. We loved the huge dining room table and kitchen with everything you need to cook with ease. The location was pretty much unreal as you walk out the main entrance to the building and you are staring right at the Elk Camp Gondola! The first floor ski storage locker was also great to have. We highly recommend this condo and honestly we cannot wait to go back! Super comfy beds as well! Even the pull out couch was comfortable!

We went to this property for 3 days expecting a great view as shown on pictures but there was no view and the elevator was under repair because of which we had to climb 5 levels every time we got in. We went there expecting a vacation but got a work out session instead. So we checked out a day early than planned stay. They have charged high amount for cleaning but there were still spoiled leftovers in the refrigerator, when complained about it they just asked us to gather everything and leave it outside the door. Finally checked out the place with the feeling that we have booked the property at a wrong time.

Definitely as advertised, really good location, easy to get into and out of, and the host was very responsive. It was great that a parking tag was provided which allow for entry into the "residential parking" area of the garage.There was an issue with the gate not opening, and had to pay to exit. When returning the keys and parking tag to the office I explained to them what happened and they simply said they'd take care of it, and all I had to do was send them the receipt.The kitchen is fully stocked, the fireplace is amazing, easy to log onto the wifi if you need to, and there's enough linens and towels for everything one might need (including an iron and ironing board). This is a wonderful place that's very spacious and highly recommend for anyone looking!

I highly recommend this adorable condo in Snowmass for the convenience of being located next to everything you need at the Snowmass mall. Everything is in walking distance. The place itself is very nice. We were staying here for the week of our wedding and it was a beautiful place to come back to each night during our festivities. My best advice about the check in process, is that you should thoroughly read through the instructions prior to arrival. The staff was available to answer our questions.

This condo was amazing! The location is perfect, just steps from Snowmass Village, Elk Camp Gondola, and Skittles Gondola for a trip up to Snowmass Village Mall! Only a few steps to dining, shopping, and a great common area to relax and enjoy the day! We spent 4 nights here and wish we could have stayed longer. The condo is clean and the bed is very comfortable! They provide almost everything you could need in the kitchen and bathroom! We were here at the start of off season so the area was a little quiet, but it was perfect for us! There are plenty of places to hike as well as just ride the gondola up for an amazing view of the mountains. We will hopefully be back here again this winter!

We have been to the area previously and this was by far the best condo experience we have had. The location was perfect, the condo very clean and quiet and the itrip staff was great. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Capital Peak. Very centrally located and well maintained. Management was very attentive if we need anything. Would highly recommend. Only suggestion we’d make is to replace the lamps to something more traditional. The existing ones were very dim.

The check in and check out process were flawless, with attentive staff for any needs. Excellent accommodations and lovely view added to our enjoyment of the Snowmass Village. Would definitely stay here again, Kim is a superb host.

Just a great stay. Absolutely perfect. The only minor thing was no one was in the office when we arrived to get our room keys. There was no packet left for us but I did find the room keys while snooping around the office, so that worked out. I did talk to someone later about that matter. The room was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The locker downstairs was perfect for ski and boot storage. Kenichi restaurant is downstairs so excellent place to eat. Then on our checkout day, we were preparing to leave butAmerican Airlines started delaying flights which disrupted our check out time. Jesus with iTrip stepped up bigtime! He gave us a late check out time of 12 pm AND came picked up our luggage. He took it to their office while we waited for our transport company to get us at 3 pm. HE WAS OUTSTANDING!Will definitely use iTrip again!

This is located between elk gondola and village express lift .. grab your skis for the ski locker and across the way and you are on the lift. Great communication from the manager. No issues. Will stay with them again and in this building.

This condo was excellent! It is exquisitely located just steps from Elk Gondola in the heart of Snowmass Village. The condo is modern, roomy and clean as a whistle. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return! We highly recommend staying here especially for skiing.

We had an amazing stay for New Years. The unit was perfect clean and very nicely decorated. We stayed December 25 through New Years and getting around, going to ski school for our daughter or even having some drinks downstairs was all within in a few minutes of walking. Communication for check in and out was quick and always helpful. Would definitely be back and recommend.

Condo was as described and perfect for the three of us. It was well furnished plus use of ski locker. Great location within Snowmass Village with easy walk to several chair lifts. Great (free) bus services within the village and to other nearby mountains for skiing or visit to Aspen.

iTrip Vacation was on point throughout our stay at #3209 Capital Peak Building A in Snowmass Village CO. I never had to call to speak to anyone for my stay. All information was sent prior and during our entire stay via email. iTrip would send a text to check on our stay and made themselves readily available if need be. I did have a question about our checkout process and I received an answer within 5 minutes via text. The condo was perfect for my wife and son. Amenities were perfect. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, A/C and location, location, location…..plus iTrip Vacation provided nicely done little welcome kit in our condo upon arrival. During my research for my stay in Aspen/Snowmass for the summer, iTrip Vacation popped up on my radar and offered an excellent value. This first time customer is very very happy about our stay using iTrip Vacations!

Great condo! Just as appears in photos. Village access is so convenient- our teens enjoyed playing cornhole every night. Very clean, comfy beds, pull out couch was very big. We put a single air mattress on the floor in bedroom for our youngest. Kitchen was well stocked and we made several meals, nice grocery across the street. Village has lots of treats as well. Appreciated having two key cards! Was very thankful for extras such as a humidifier. We were in the area for a wedding but also enjoyed many convenient activities- hiking straight from the condo and gondola, chairlift in Buttermilk, hiking Maroon Bells twice - don’t miss this, and white water rafting with Aspen Whitewater Rafting. We enjoyed shaved ice and other treats in Aspen. Great communication with the owners. We picked up our keys and parking pass late- and though navigating everything in the dark was challenging the directions provided by the owners were spot on for picking up and getting in the parking deck. Very nice unit…. we saw moose twice descending the mountain. We were busy and I’m sensitive to high altitude so I really appreciated having a comfy place to rest between activities.

We stayed for a week at this property in Snowmass Village. The condo is clean, cozy and well decorated. The location is stellar -- 60 seconds to the gondola, restaurants and shops. We plan to return next year!

And while normally not an issue as in a non covid environment I would be out skiing but during my 4th week all day long there was very loud construction noise coming from a nearby unit that made remote work challenging.Overall, a good value for an excellent unit.

The property managers were so attentive to anything we asked for. The location is right at the base of the mountain by both lifts. The apartment was equipped with every little detail that made the stay relaxed and luxurious.

Kim and the on-site property managers were friendly, proactive and responsive. When we realized the garbage disposal wasn’t working, they sent someone over right away and fixed it quickly. The condo is in a great location - it’s steps from the slopes and near lots of great biking and hiking.

Everything was fine, just the garbage disposal had a bad odor....

Very nice and clean and so easy to get the kids to ski school right around the corner. The building itself was a little confusing the navigate. Next year we will look for a place with 2 bedrooms a view of the slopes and closer to the mall instead of the base.

Good location, but bed too firm, slept poorly. Deck furniture inappropriate. Dining table monstrously too large. Hassles trying to get early check in, though later check out was smooth.Too pricey overall. $200 mgmt fee is a rip off

Everything was very clean and neat. The village has restaurants and activities right behind the condo! Also free shuttles to Aspen ! You also have an exclusive parking space for your vehicle the time you are staying.
