This condo is located on the third floor. The building does not have an elevator. Please contact us if luggage assistance is needed.

I booked this accommodation for a work trip I had in Aspen. I am from WA state originally, where I grew up visiting cabins year-round. With that in mind, I can confidently say that this place surpassed every other listing I explored on Airbnb in Aspen. It stands out not only for its aesthetics but also for its reasonable price. It fulfills all the essential requirements and more—truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had.

Chateau DuMont 16 was just what we wanted for a quick get away in Aspen. The location was ideal, it was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The customer service was top notch and they wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again.
