Great location! Decently stocked kitchen. Not the most luxurious of amenities, but we barely spent time in the condo. The carpet needs to be replaced. Had that been done, I would have given this a perfect score!

We stayed at Chateau Dumont 17 on the 2nd floor or top floor. No elevator. Location: It is right in the heart of town which made walking to most things very easy. There were ceiling fans in the bedrooms and an extra window sized fan that was movable. This unit had a large very well equipped kitchen. One of the best in my experience including great supplies of spices, vinegar, pots and pans and overall cooking gear. When the ice maker wasn't working at some point, we easily found the manual and quickly solved the problem. The bathrooms were great in term of having good lighting and storage spaces.All the furniture worked and served our purposes well. The place could use some upgrading.

Great location. This is a very cosy unit that is well-equipped and comfy. We appreciated the supply of logs for the fire and supply of dry staples in the kitchen that we could tap for cooking (and replace any we finished).

Great condo in A1 location in Aspen, short walk to the gondola, shops and restaurants. Condo was clean and everything well set up to receive guests, highly recommend!

Excellent location within 50 yards of the AJAX lift and a couple blocks from the RFTA free shuttle service to Snowmass and the Highlands. Great for short walking to all sorts of outstanding restaurants, bars, and live music. Highly recommend.

Lovely condo and super location- Excellent for Uber/taxi- not for those with a car- There are only 4 spots, and while we were there 3 were perpetually occupied. Street parking in residential area permit is fine, but a daily hassle and long walks.

The condo was lovely! Extremely quiet, very comfortable and spacious. Wonderful location in downtown Aspen. The property management did a fantastic job communicating and answering all of our questions. Would stay here again. :)

Very clean and well equipped! It is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator so a lot of luggage will be challenging. Block and a half from Gondi. Walk to everything.

Unit was very nice. Fully equipped. Block and half from gondi.Wish the complex had more convenient garbage disposal and an elevator...3rd floor walkup with heavy bags...ugh. Missed not having a hot tub!but still a terrific stay!!

We wanted to be right in town - close to shuttle center, grocery store and gondola. This place was cozy, very clean, and I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen (spices/oils/coffee filters - all those little items we don't think about that I really don't want to buy new on a short trip!) The ease of not having to eat out all the time just made this all the more enjoyable. The communication (via text or email) with iTrip was always timely and very professional. I would definitely book with iTrip again.

Excellent hosts and location! We walked everywhere and enjoyed all Aspen has to offer. The base of Aspen Mountain is right around the corner. Highly recommend this place for 4 or less people.

Great stay at Chateau DuMont 17. Ideally located near downtown Aspen, very close to Ajax and the bus stops to get to other mountains for skiing, and also ski rental pickup. Very clean and comfortable with well appointed kitchen with comfortable beds. iTrip was very flexible and able to accommodate an early checkin. Because checkout was at 10am and our flight was 4pm we found a service that uses the nearby UPS store to hold our luggage until we were ready to leave for the airport.

Property communications superb. Excellent location. Very clean. Kitchen stocked and very organized. Bathrooms and kitchen updated. Washer and dryer in unit incredibly helpful. Lots of privacy.

This property was situated close to restaurants and trails to walk or run. Ease with check in and communication. Parking when we went outside walking distance was a little bit of nuisance(on the street where you can find a spot and they provide a permit), however not enough to deter a future stay. Kitchen well appointed.

My husband and I really enjoyed this unit - more spacious than what we needed and the location, excellent. The kitchen is fully equipped for those nights you prefer dinner at home and having a washer/dryer is always a plus. Walk to all the restaurants and shops AND the famous UTE trailhead is just around the corner. Easy check-in and great communication with ITrip Vacations. We would love to stay again.

The most complete rental ever! Obviously the location is perfectly situated near Ajax, but the amenities can't be beat. Perfect for 2 couples, walking distance to everything, and very quiet.

If you’re looking for a cozy place to stay in downtown Aspen, this is your place. It’s in the absolute best location, being the shortest possible walk to the Gondola for skiing and near all of the best shopping and food. The wood burning fireplace is an awesome touch.

Location is perfect, great fireplace

The home was just as advertised fully equipped with everything you could need and a 2 minute walk to the City Market. All the good restaurants were also just a short walk away. Fireplace was great. Used it every day and there was a limitless supply of firewood. This was the perfect choice for our family.

Perfect getaway for a quiet Thanksgiving. Check in was easy and contactless. Best part of this place was the kitchen! Had everything we needed to make our small Thanksgiving dinner perfect. Location was perfect, close to central market, the gondolas, and shopping didn’t need to drive anywhere. Pretty close to Snowmass which you can take the bus to. Humidifiers are provided which were lifesavers for us. We recommend it here and will go back hopefully soon.

This spot was very cozy and clean, with a perfect location downtown. Made our weekend that much better that we could walk to everything downtown within a few minutes. This house is perfectly located downtown Aspen with the easiest walking commute to anywhere you want to go. We had the best time and felt like we were at home with all of the amenities that were available. Great place to relax after a day hiking, jogging, and exploring. This house is super clean and outfitting with all of the amenities you could ask for. Inside was immaculate.

Proximate to everything - especially the grocery and the free Aspen shuttle service. Condo was well maintained and communication from the property manager was excellent.

Location is perfect, right in between the City Market and the W Hotel. About a block and a half from the gondola. And maybe an 8 minute walk to the far end of town. Would definitely stay again.

The property looks exactly like the pictures and is conveniently located. Car no needed unless you want to go out of Aspen. Will be back! We had a great time!

Spacious and comfortable place to stay for Ajax days and Aspen town

Awesome place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere that is in walking distance to everything Aspen has to offer without the inconvenience of being too noisy.

Stayed with a friend in a unit last week of Jan 2021 when all restaurants were shut down. Location is incredible!! Unit is across from butcher, liquor store, grocery store and Deli. Not to mention 1 block from Gondola. Great location and a really well stocked kitchen. The one knock are the electric baseboard heaters which seemed to make the air dry, but plenty of humidifiers. Bedrooms are adequately sized with one bathroom in suite and one across from hallway. Very clean unit at arrival with no human contact check in.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfy, well equipped condo at the foot of the slopes in downtown Aspen. We were able to walk to grocery, shops, ski rental and bus station. The kitchen is fully equipped and we use it a lot due to Covid restaurant shut downs. Plenty of firewood and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay in this property again!

Kim’s condo in downtown Aspen is amazing and within walking distance of everything! Perfect location. Cozy and comfortable place with all the amenities you need. The fireplace was great after a long day of skiing. Will definitely come back! So much easier than a hotel especially when traveling with 2+ people or other couple. We enjoyed having breakfast together every morning and being in the same space.

The property was in a great location. Very convenient to the transportation line, grocery store a block away, ski shop across the street and the lift for Aspen Mountain was a block away. The condo is just as pictured. It is well stocked with everything to make you comfortable. Would recommend.

This property couldn’t be located better fir Gondola access and Aspen shopping including food for the well- appointed kitchen. The fireplace lit right up and burns well. Property manager was very responsive at all times.

Everything about this stay was great. Location, communication with property manager and the property itself was everything we needed. We had fires round the clock and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Will stay again for sure.

The Team at iTrip Vacations were excellent to deal with and very professional. We had a couple of requests that were dealt with immediately and with no fuss. The condo is superbly located within easy walking distance to all the fabulous restaurants, the City Mart and a short stroll to the Gondola. The condo is well appointed and the living area is a good size. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal! We stayed here for 12 nights and didn’t want to leave!
