This spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with efficiency kitchen is located right next to the spacious recreation area with an outdoor pool, gas grill, lounge furniture and exercise room at the Chateau Roaring Fork complex. With convenient access to parking and the recreation area, the local area shuttle to get you to Aspen and the ski areas, and just a short walk to downtown Aspen, this is the perfect place to call home during your visit to Aspen Snowmass.
The open concept floor plan with modern furnishings, comfortable living room seating and a dining area to accommodate all guests is a wonderful space to share time with your friends and/or family. The efficiency kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, microwave, two burner stovetop, coffee maker and toaster - everything you need to enjoy a light breakfast before heading out to explore all that Aspen has to offer. Just a few blocks to the heart of downtown Aspen you will find incredible restaurants where you can enjoy dining out when a hearty meal is warranted. The master bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bath. The exposed wood beams and ceiling create a cozy cabin feel to the bedrooms. The guest bedroom also has one queen bed. The layout is perfect for a small family, two couples or friends traveling together. Please note there is not a working fireplace in this vacation rental.
The Chateau Roaring Fork condos are located just 4 blocks from the heart of downtown Aspen. The free local area shuttle stops just across the street every 20 minutes, allowing for quick and convenient access to the grocery, restaurants, shops, Aspen Mountain and Rubey Park Transit Station where you can catch free shuttles to the Maroon Bells and any of the other 3 ski areas. This condo is a great vacation rental choice any time of year!

April–June: Hot tubs are open. If you'd like the swimming pool cover removed during your stay, please contact the Frias Office at 970.920.2000 in advance.
September–November: The pool and hot tub are fully operational throughout the fall season.
Please note: No refunds will be issued if shared facilities are unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or HOA requirements.

All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.
Aspen Pitkin County airport is located 3 miles from Aspen and 7 miles from Snowmass Village.

Our stay at Chateau Roaring Fork Condo 31 could not have been better. From reaching out to book, through the end of our stay, we could not have had better service from iTrip. Great information and directions were provided and any questions we did have were answered quickly. Chateau Roaring Fork Condo 31 was very clean and well-appointed. It is in an unbelievable, walk to town location and was perfect for our needs. Overall, an amazing experience and highly recommend this unit. We will be booking with iTrip again.

"The unit is light, bright, has tons of full length mirrors, and is very nicely equipped w all the necessities. Fantastic location!! We didn’t use the heated pool or hot tub, but it looked fabulous. Beds were very comfy and the water pressure in the showers is awesome! Can’t beat the ease of parking, walking distance two blocks to the market, right downtown in the center of all the shops and restaurants."

The apartment was clean and the property managers were very very communicative. It is not a “luxury” Aspen apartment but it’s nice enough and clean, with generally modern appliances and furnishings. The apartment complex has a pool, jacuzzi, and basic gym which is a plus! The biggest con is all the noise, you can hear everything in the apartments above and next to you… there were dogs barking incessantly multiple nights that made it hard to sleep!

The condo is conveniently located in the heart of Aspen. We were a short walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. The place was clean and comfortable. We went for a swim in the heated pool and soaked in the hot tub after a long hike at Maroon Bells. We will definitely stay again!

Location is great to Aspen downtown. Condo walls are thin can hear all the rooms. Lack of privacy in the main room with curtains. Fine for a short term stay, not a great place for a family.

Ground floor unit next to the pool and hot tub so little less privacy than a second or third floor unit, but easy to get to and saves a the hassle of dragging bags up stairs. The fireplace want working, but they had noted that in the description upfront so wasn't a surprise. The hosts were very proactive and responsive. Would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Aspen! The location is perfect, the condo is exactly as described, and because it’s mainly owned condos it didn’t feel busy at all. I loved the check in process and how streamlined it was to access all of the condos amenities from the portal. Would recommend to anyone coming to Aspen.

We had an amazing experience here. The place was very cozy, clean, and looked exactly like the photos. Kitchen came with everything. The unit is located right next to the pool and fitness center. Right behind the building across from us is a small bridge and river that was half frozen and made it a cool experience to stand on top of for photos. City market is only a few blocks away. Neighbors are quiet, nice and considerate. The only small issue was the bathtub not being able to drain the water quickly but it was due to the tiny drain strainer to catch hair, which is understandable. The host was very responsive. We even ran into the owner who was super nice. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Overall, a great trip to Aspen. Our Unit was exactly as stated & photos rendered. Upscale Western Alpine Contemporary is the vibe, Aspen ski chic. Euro kitchen w/all the gadgets, loved the coffee maker! The small twin mini counter stove top is not practical for extensive meal prep. Great bedrooms, pillows and bedding, very comfy. Many unique, stylish space saving appointments throughout Unit. One minute walk to Shuttle Bus, perfect for skiers w/the two baths. Great restaurants nearby! Loved our stay!
