Concept 600 two bedroom

This condo is in an excellent location in Aspen. Everything is pretty walkable which made the stay so easy. The condo is very nice and has everything you could possibly want or need. The main bedroom bed is incredibly comfortable. Parking was easy and safe which we appreciated. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was broken. That sure would have helped after hiking.

This condo is much smaller than what tbe pictures look like. The bedroom with 2 twin beds is not big enough to even walk around in. Closet is tiny. If you are skiing, there is no place in the condo to put all your gear after skiing. There is also a bad smell in the condo after the shower runs for a while. Sulfur smell. Location is great, but the entire building seems to be “tired” and could use updating.

Beautiful condo and wonderful location! Really easy to walk around town and to the ski hill. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because we received multiple calls from the hosts about noise complaints while we were either not home at the property or while we were napping/watching TV. Not sure if there are perhaps other units that are loud but this was pretty confusing for us especially when we were receiving calls and complaints while we were not occupying the property. Other than that, great rental and stay!

Kim’s house is clean and cozy. The location is very central and the communication through the property management team went beyond. I would stay again.

The positives:The unit is compact but has the essentials and space for a small family. There are adequate kitchen supplies to prepare breakfast and lunches (dinner may be more challenging). The living and dining areas are comfortable, with a pretty view of the mountains outside the windows. The 2nd bathroom has a great steam shower with strong water pressure. There is a good selection of streaming channels on the t.v.s (HBO, Netflix, etc). The unit is located on a quiet section of Main St. and is a convenient walk into town. The management was flexible, responsive and easy to work with. Katie was our contact person and she was very helpful.Minor drawbacks:The condo was smaller than expected--not just the 2nd bedroom as other reviewers have pointed out, but also in the overall layout and space. In my opinion, it works for a small family but would feel tight for more than three people. When you open the front door, you are at the two bedrooms; there is no mudroom or entry way where you can leave ski boots or walking boots or even sit down to remove them.The condo is located in a dated apartment-style building that is lacking in charm (the unit itself is more updated than the building). I was expecting a little more luxury for the cost. One recommendation would be to upgrade the quality of the kitchen pots/pans and provided supplies--the bath towels and bedding were plush enough but the quality of the shower products, paper goods, dish/laundry soap , etc. was lacking. Small details can make a difference. That said, the value of the unit may be on par for Aspen. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and problem-free.

Very toasty and warm. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. 2nd bedroom was smaller than expected but was adequate. Only complaint is shower tub combo in master. Water for bath came out very slow. Took about 15 minutes to fill. Deep tub with glass in closure was not easy to get in and out and reaching thru to bath 5 yo was not easy either. Spray from shower was very low water output. We ended up using 2nd shower in other bathroom which was very nice.

The location could not have been better -- ideal to walk around town to the shops and restaurants, and excellent access to the very nearby hiking paths. The kitchen in the condo is very well appointed, and some of the appliances are in new condition. The bathrooms have all been recently renovated and are stylishly appointed. The view out the back of the mountain is beautiful (though one does have to ignore the roof of the building next door). Our only concerns were two: (1) the weather was unusually warm the nights of our stay, and so even with the fans the lack of air conditioning was somewhat uncomfortable, and (2) one of the two twin beds in the second bedroom was saggy and very uncomfortable (the bed on the left as you come through the door). One also might have hoped for a lower price for similar accommodations, but Aspen prices are generally very high and this was within market, especially given the great location. These points aside, we would certainly consider staying here again should we return to Aspen.

The condo was nice. Only 5 blocks to the gondola. Hint for skiers - wear your regular shoes and just hide them under the bench at the gondola. I did it all week with no problems. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Both grocery stores in town are within a 1/4 mile. Its listed as main street but its at the end of the street with very little traffic and on the top floor. It's really more like a side street. I never noticed traffic noise or headlights. Everything inside the condo was as advertised. The condo does get pretty warm. Seems to hover around 72. A few times I kept the balcony door open to cool it down. Again not a big issue since there really isn't any traffic noise. Only reason for 4 stars is I think the building and garage needs better lighting. Everything else was great and I would stay here again. First time using iTrip and had no issues at all.

All was well. The condominium was clean. It was comfortable and well stocked. Directions were easy to follow. The location is great in the summer. In the winter perhaps not as much. The lifts are about four blocks from the Aspen Mt lifts. That would require a long walk in ski boots, regular boots and a locker at the lifts, or a bus.

Outstanding and quiet location. Easy parking. The beds are old and kind of uncomfortable. Loved the balcony and the well appointed kitchen. We were happy with our stay.

The iTrip folks were easy to deal with. I had some questions and they answered my questions very quickly. The place was nice. Was a little expensive but that’s Aspen. It certainly was clean locations great, and was comfortable.

My family of 4 stayed in this great condo for a quick getaway to Aspen for hiking and sightseeing. The location was perfect and the condo was comfortable and well appointed.

We loved our time at this amazing condo, which was beautifully and comfortably furnished and located perfectly for exploring downtown Aspen and easily getting to the mountain for a day of skiing. A great view of the mountain from the balcony, where we were able to see fireworks, super cozy living spaces and kitchen. Amazing restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and experiences all within walking distance. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving and had a fantastic. The condo was situated very close to downtown, within short walking distance to shops and restaurants. The unit was very comfortable and equipped with all amenities. Highly recommended for sure!

The property was perfectly represented on the website and communication from the team was excellent. There was plenty of space for the three of us to relax and enjoy and the upgraded unit was very nice, especially for the price which was very fair! The only shortcoming was the master bath wasn’t cleaned as well as it should have been prior to arrival. I let the team know and I have no doubt they will have it resolved moving forward. I would absolutely recommend this property to others and would stay there again.

This property is lovely. Walking distance to everything. Clean and comfortable. We didn't spend a lot of time there - so much to do outdoors! - but if you want to spend coffee or cocktail time on the patio,realize that you are right on main street, and it is a busy road. Otherwise perfect!

We had a magnificent stay at this comfortable, centrally located condominium in Aspen. I was perfect for our family.

Great condo! Kim at itrips was great at communicating all the details for checking in and out. A few things we loved were the fact that it has covered parking, an elevator & in unit washer/dryer (all rare for Aspen). They had plenty of luggage carts in the garage for owners/guests use. Clean and quiet building. GREAT LOCATION to everything in Aspen. Easily walk to the lift to ski. Would be a great place to stay with children using a stroller or elderly as there are no stairs. It was very clean. Master bathroom and master bedroom and guest room have all been updated. Super cute. Living room, kitchen and guest bath are very cozy but a little dated. Otherwise excellent. Beds are all super comfortable and the grocery store is a quick 4 min walk. Kim even left a grocery bag with handles for us to use. Great place to stay!

Very conveniently located to everything. We walked all over town. The property is exactly as described and the management team was always accessible and super friendly. Two things stood out to me about the property- quiet - very quiet and the beds were probably the most comfortable of any VRBO we have booked!

We loved our stay at Concept 600!!! The condo is updated and seems to be newly furnished. The kitchen has everything one could need! We appreciated the dish and laundry soap, and bath soaps provided. They even have pool towels. The location is amazing. while it is on the main street, the numerous hiking trails are just behind us. We did opt to have the cleaning ladies come, as we stayed for 2+ weeks. They require 2 hours to clean the unit and this is ridiculous. 2 people do not need 2 hrs to clean a condo this size. We very much enjoyed our stay and would book this unit or similar next time for sure!!

Our recent "girls" trip was fantastic. The location of this condo is excellent, and although it is in the town, we found it to be very quiet. We loved the accessibility to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, Rio Grande hiking trail and The Gondola at Aspen Mountain. Our host checked in with us twice during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. My friend and I were especially happy with the beds and bedding which we found to be very comfortable. The view from the living room is also terrific. If I could change one thing, it would be the hot tub associated with the building. We did not use it as it did not seem up to par with the rest of the accommodations. That said, I would definitely rent this unit again.

My family and I travel a lot and we found this property to be perfect. It had everything we needed and the location couldn't be beat. I had a rental car but barely used it as we were able to walk to the mountain to ski and to the restaurants to dine. On top of it all, the management company was stellar and the unit was very clean. Will rent here again.

Management was quick to make sure our check in went well and if we needed anything. The condo was laid out beautifully though a little smaller than we anticipated. The beds were very comfortable. The master bath shower is not the best and we ended up using the hall shower that had a steam option which was great. The den was roomy with a screen TV that was perfectly positioned on the wall for viewing. The fireplace also added to the ambiance. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Kim was a great host and provided detailed instructions prior to the trip to make sure there would be no confusion in finding and using the location.She was communicative and cordial as well.The apartment was great and very cozy (especially the bed in the master bedroom).The location of the apartment is excellent as well as it’s a short walking distance to downtown Aspen and therefore easy access to all shopping and great restaurants the town has to offer.

My wife and I just spent a lovely week at this lovely condo right in downtown Aspen. Every summer we rent a house in Snowmass and enjoy a fun time with our large family. This year we decided to treat ourselves to one more week and stay in the heart of Aspen. So fun to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants! The condo was well equipped with everything we could possibly need, the bed was super comfortable and the location was perfect-we loved it!

this is an excellent rental in Aspen conveniently located right on Main Street at the eastern edge of town and walkable to pretty much everywhere. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you can ask for, the appliances all work and the space/layout are excellent. The unit was *super* clean and well-appointed. Loved staying in this condo. Could not beat the location and view. Felt very private. Loved having the extra space... and there is so much storage! Beats a hotel by far! We love Aspen and usually stay in a hotel, but after this trip, we will be staying in this condo from now on.

We LOVED the condo! Whether you stay with two couples, some kids, or just one couple like we did the place seems perfect for pretty much anything you have planned in Aspen. Close to the city market, pharmacy, and tons of great restaurants and shops. The walk to Ajax gondola is no more than 10 minutes making the skiing convenient enough as well. We left out skis at a locker at the base of the mountain making the walk a more of a treat than a chore. All around I can highly recommend ITrip vacations as well as this property for your next Aspen adventure.

The condo was so perfectly located to be able to walk everywhere including bike rental and grocery as well as thermos grande trail for walking. We loved the private balcony to sit on and enjoy the sunsets. The parking in the lower level garage was such a bonus. Would definitely rent again!

This is a beautiful two bedroom condo with views of the ski-area and terrific walking-distance to the Rio Grande Trail and all the restaurants and shops downtown. It’s on a quiet part of Main Street - so no problem with noise. The condo was very, very clean; The check in was simple; and the Kim’s were excellent to work with. We highly recommend this beautiful condo in Aspen!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is on the 4th floor and has nice mountain views out the front and back. The kitchen is very well equipped and the Samsung flat screen televisios were great. Wifi reception was excellent, security is very tight, and there is no noise whatsoever except for the occasional passing car. The family room/kitchen is huge with a large comfortable L shaped couch in front of the fireplace and TV. 3 blocks south on Spring Street is the City Market and City Market Pharmacy, and 1.5 blocks to the west is where the good restaurants begin--side by side.

We had the best time staying in this condo on Main Street. It was clean, well decorated and comfortable. We ended up using the Jerome as our cocktail bar and 520 breakfasts for delicious avocado toast in the AM. The condo was an easy walk and even had coffee and creamers. We could not have asked for more. I only wish we’d tried out the hot tub but we were too busy skiing and apres-skiing. Would recommend for a a comfortable easy 4 day weekend.

The property was the most convenient and ideal spot to be for our daughters wedding in Aspen. We had never stayed in downtown Aspen and had no clue what to expect. Although Aspen is a small town and easy to get around, this location was perfect. I could look out the balcony and see the church she was to be married in and just a short walk to Hotel Jerome for her reception. Both Kim's were quick to respond in anything we needed for the condo. We didn't need much for the rooms and space was perfect for all of the wedding events we enjoyed during our stay. Parking was convenient, the place was immaculate and again the location was perfect. My two sisters and I loved our trip to Aspen in September. The property was perfect for the three of us and had everything we needed; walking distance to all shopping, restaurants, and trails; comfy beds; good lightning; and my personal favorite-the steam shower. The property management was excellent and quick to respond with each inquiry we had. The town itself was sublime and you must hit the high end consignment shop on the main level of the condo complex and Amen Wardy across the street; that's if you're middle class like us and don't want to drop 5K on a handbag. Also, The French Alpine Bistro is heavenly if you're into cheese and cream and The Hunter Creek Trail is a great place to work it off. We will definitely go back and stay here in the future if we ever get so lucky again!

The condo was gorgeous and the location was incredible...I walked to everything I needed such as restaurants and grocery store. It was also VERY clean and provided everything I needed and then some. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were all tastefully remodeled, and the views were spectacular. Kim was very prompt at replying to my questions and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Kim's place is a cute, cozy yet spacious apartment right in the center of Aspen town. Walking distance to all of the best restaurants (Matsuhisa, Casa Tua, 7908, Little Nell, Jerome Bar, French Alpine Bistro). Check-in is super easy, the beds are comfortable and having two bathrooms was really nice for a group our size. The kitchen was our favorite part! Was wonderful cooking breakfast each morning before going to the mountains to ski- and there is a large dining table. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place! Kim's hospitality was outstanding, she even had our lift tickets waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. You can't go wrong staying here!

My 2 friends and I had a wonderful time at this condo. It was tastefully decorated and well-equipped. The best part was how close it was to the gondola/busses/downtown Aspen area. I would visit again. The master was spacious and the double beds in the second room were perfect for our group. Beds were all very comfortable. Bathrooms were very nice-- steam showers were amazing after a day of skiing. Parking was terrific. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or location. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at unit #404 as it is in a great location with the base of Aspen Mountain only 4 blocks away and within 2-5 blocks from all of the good restaurants and shops. The unit is not that big but is comfortable and has a well appointed kitchen. The hosts were easy to deal with and were attentive to making sure we were happy with our stay.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving week and it was terrific. The condo is very clean and has all of the amenities you would need, and the location is great! If you spent all of your time in Aspen village you would never have to get in your car after parking on arrival - it is an easy walk anywhere in Aspen.

The condo was sparkling clean and had everything we needed to have a great visit. When a question did arise Kim got back to me almost immediately. The location was perfect to walk into the core of the city. Kim’s place would be a splendid choice if you decide to visit Aspen.

We were very satisfied with our accommodations. They were as represented and our hosts were very forthcoming addressing any of our concerns which were minor issues anyway. We had a fabulous visit to Aspen.

As two senior couples, this condo has been great for our five-night stay. The location is ideal, with easy access to the city center and Music Festival events. (For skiers coming in winter, many condos are closer to the lifts, but none of the distances are great.). The living areas are cozy and stylish. Kitchen appliances and necessities are very good. The master bedroom is perfect. The only slight concern is that the second bedroom is quite small, with twin beds. Not really ideal, but no big deal. The staff that handled our rental was the best: prompt, helpful, efficient.

The condo was perfect! Great location. Everything was very clean and well stocked. I appreciate it when the pictures in the listing match what you experience in real life. We were given all of the door codes and directions in advance. It is a great spot and we would definitely rent it again!

The condo was very nice, clean and well-equipped. The location is excellent - an easy walk to downtown. We brought bikes, and had pretty easy access to excellent paved biking trails. The only hitch was that the parking pass for a second car was for group D street parking, which proved to be several blocks away. (Apparently they will ticket you if you park outside your assigned area.) The owner was very helpful in getting us the right pass. The parking space provided in the basement was fine.

Great condo in perfect spot of Aspen. Management were very easy to work with and accommodating. In the summer, did not know that there was no air conditioning so it can get warm in the condo but they were so nice to bring fans over to Keep cool. Definitely look at coming back!

This location is absolutely beautiful!. Well appointed and centrally located to downtown Aspen everything is in walking distance. The views are breathtaking and the decor is on point!

We loved our stay! The location was perfect for Aspen and connecting to free shuttle service to other mountains. The home itself was super well equipped from kitchen to bath as well as incredibly warm and comfy. Endless hot water and steam showers. Perfect home après ski! Hosts were super responsive! First off, just came back from a low-key weekend trip to Aspen. Kim & Kim's condo was in the perfect location with the perfect amenities. Anything you needed was in the condo for us. Great and well equipped kitchen (if you want to cook) and super comfortable living room with HD TV and fast Wi-Fi. Plenty of hot water for steams and showers. Soft towels (better than my home!) Surreal views off front deck. Walking distance to Aspen with super easy FREE shuttle service to other three mountains (Buttermilk/Aspen Highlands and Snowmass). Lastly, the Kim's responded within minutes for any questions we had and provided instant solutions! Thanks again for an awesome stay.

My family really enjoyed our stay here in Aspen. The location is top-notch with an easy 10 min walk to the slopes, and 5 min walk to shopping and nightlife. The space is remodeled and cozy, great TV, fast internet, laundry/dryer, steam room shower in one bathroom and full jacuzzi tub in master. Kim was super accommodating with check in and check out with our weather-related flight changes. Would recommend!

Our trip to Aspen is amazing!! The Condo is everything we imagined!! It is in the perfect part of town!! No need for a car and everything including the grocery store is with in walking distance. We come to visit friends, this is the perfect rental for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped for hosting gatherings. We enjoyed the views to see the foliage and easy access to shuttles for hiking and biking. The unit also provided privacy for us and guests during our stay, that is not something a hotel offers. I would definitely book this unit for a ski vacation, the view of Aspen Mountain after a day of skiing is perfect for an Après Ski gathering, cozy fireplace, steam shower and many restaurants to choose from. Thank you Kim and Kim, Everything was perfect!!!

This is the perfect Aspen gateway location. No matter the time of year. It’s great location to town but quiet in the evenings for privacy. We loved our stay and felt very cozy in the space. Would stay here again.
