My fault i guess for not reading all the reviews. You have to first somehow find the place. The parking is terrible and hard to find. Then, I climbed up, with luggage, 4 flights of stairs only to find it is on the opposite side of bldg. WARNING: no elevators! The ski in ski out is a joke. We figured out out but watched a neighbor get hurt following our tracks back to the apartment after skiing Location is very good. Place is old and been remodeled. The price is not bad for what you get. But i would suggest paying more and getting a better place

The location of this condo is incredible - right in the center of town, but I had 2 macro issues: 1) The listing misrepresented the condo (so frustrating when this happens on airbnb). The pictures of the main living area view with the big windows are breath-taking especially in an area like Aspen. But when i arrived it became clear that not pictured (due to camera angle) was the huge parking lot, the community pool and hot tub, a road and a huge row of trash dumpsters that is serviced daily. So the condo was not peaceful/quiet during my stay. There were constant noises - probably not a problem in the winter, but in the summer when the windows need to be open to stay cool, you hear everything. 2) There were a TON of issues with the condo that for ~$1k/night should be fixed (easy to fix) - drawer broken in dresser, window in master does not hold and must be propped up with a stick to keep open, the bathtub faucet constantly leaked and when showering the water coming out of it was scalding hot, bulb out on main lighting in kitchen, candles (battery powered) that did not work, etc. So many little things that if there were a decent quality check performed upon guest checkout, would have all been easily addressed. The location of this condo is just spectacular - a block from town with excellent access to all the amazing restaurants, parks, trails, etc. No need to misrepresent the condo in the listing and with some attention to detail, the experience would be commensurate with its location value.

I do not recommend this property for rental. The condo is dated with broken cabinets and drawers. The shower curtain liner is mildewed and too long which is disgusting. The one closet is full of equipment i.e. broken fans, so very little room for clothing. It was unusually warm and there was one working fan which we moved from room to room. The management company was good but they need to convey to the owners the needed repairs.

Good location but the whole place is very outdated, by about 30 years so the pictures were misleading. We had a long travel day and all we wanted was to make a drink and watch a movie. Well the tv remote batteries were dead and the ice machine was not working and ice trays were empty. We reached out and they were pretty quick to respond but instead of bringing new batteries, they showed up to our door with a remote taken from another one of their units(this must be how they manage their properties) to swap the batteries from that remote… these batteries were also dead. I ended up just downloading an app on my phone to control the TVs. This situation kind of ruined our first night. The “iTrip” group should reconsider how they treat their properties and customers.

Great: Fabulous location, mountain views, pool/hot tub, management communication, cleanlinessAverage: Very dated condo, especially for the nightly rate that is being charged. Very old appliances (one burner of electric stove broken), old cabinetry throughout unit, chipped tiles in bathroom, white chairs in main room could use upgrading (pretty stained). With a little extra thought given to the decor and small details and a simple kitchen/bathroom remodel this would be perfection.

You can't beat the location of the price for this unit! However, the place needs refreshing and the photos make it look a bit better than it actually is. Also, be aware this unit is on the third floor so lots of stairs for young families or those that aren't fit.

Great location and place. I true AC unit that is quiet would make this unit a 5 stars. Super noisy unit in bedroom. Hard to sleep if you need it on. Also quieter fan in the bathroom.

The unit needs more closet and drawer storage. It seems like the closet and drawers beneath the bed were ALL fillled with spare blankets. WAAAAY too many. 3 or 4 extra blankets would be plenty, but I'm guessing there was more than a dozen!However, the views to the west (down valley) over the adjacent properties is phenomenal. Pool and hot tub are easy to access. Virtually any retail or restaurant establishment in town is within a short 10 minute walk.

On the positive side the location is perfect. Beautiful views of the mountains and changing leaves. I did read one review that mentioned the condo overlooked a parking lot, which is does, but I didn’t find that distracted from the rest of the view. The biggest downside was the heating, or lack there of. Our stay was in late October and while it was mild some of the day, it was freezing at night. I reached out to the company that owns the building and they assured us that the water heaters should take about 30 mins to kick in. That never happened. The condo was around 62 degrees the whole time we were there. We did light a few fires but that hardly made a difference. It was disappointing to read in the fine print that no refunds would be issued for things like “broken heaters”… I kept receiving automated messages welcoming us and encouraging us to call if we had any problems, but every time I called no one answered. With the exception of the first call upon our arrival when I inquired about parking. All in all the condo was nice, but personally I would not stay there again based on my experience. Older visitors might want to keep in mind that there are quite a few stairs which might be a bit difficult at the high elevation.

I'll begin by saying the property management company was fantastic. They checked in almost every day to make sure all of our needs were met. I had one issue (a couple of the motorized blinds needed a charge) and they offered to come immediately.As I said, the location is spectacular. Be aware it's at the top of the street and then 3 flights up with no elevator, so it's not feasible if you have asthma or heart issues or struggle with walking and climbing, or hauling your bags up to the unit (although the management company offers that service for a fee). The unhappiest part of the reservation was seeing how the unit itself is in need of updating. Yes, it's been 'renovated' with nice soft-goods and lighting and looks terrific in the photos, but the unit itself is really tired. The flip side of that argument is that the state of the unit is probably why it's still affordable in oh-so-UNAFFORDABLE Aspen!To summarize, my husband and I really enjoyed the fantastic new-feeling mattress and high-quality sheets, the great shower water pressure, the great management service and the location.But the lack of an elevator and the overall shape of the unit itself makes me hesitate to rebook.

Property was as described and very comfortable. Amenities were also nice and location was good and easy to each to most things in the area.

Incredible views, and easy to communicate with the owners while there. You can't beat the location, and it is a perfect one bedroom, one bath for a short stay. Close to the slopes, great restaurants and shopping galore! We will visit again :)

We had a nice time in our condo this week in Aspen .We had a hard time getting our luggage up all the steps but we got lots of good exercise done just that .We loved the layout of the condo .We spent time in the living room enjoying the Sonos and watching the Olympics in the large screen TV.The kitchen was equipped except for a dish brush but we made do .We did use the fan the last two days .It was needed .The bathroom is crowded but the bathtub was nice after a long hike .The pool and hot tub were very nice .We walked to dinner every night and all over town two different days .

The location is ideal, the pool and spa looked great - though we didn’t use them, the unit was clean and had a great view. The kitchen and bathroom could use an update. Kim and her team were great hosts- the made everything easy!

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. The host uses an app that was very user friendly and had all of the information I needed right at my fingertips! The location was perfect...simple short walk to everything in the town of Aspen. I highly recommend this rental, can't wait for ski season to book again!

Can’t say enough about how great the location and view was!

We stayed here for a long weekend in March 2024, and favorite elements of the home included: wood burning fireplace (including starters!), extremely comfortable king size bed, well stocked pots and pans in the kitchen (with a max of about 4 people or 4 dishes, fyi, before you need to run the dishwasher), and an exceptional location… only 2-3 blocks from the gondola and center of town. It was a bit expensive, but everything is in Aspen, and I’d stay here again for a splurge/treat yourself vacation!

This condo was amazing, everything was in walking distance and the pictures didn’t do the condos justice is was beautiful and well kept.The host was very responsive and we even had an issue with the balcony door that they fixed very quickly. Would recommend anyone coming here and staying worth the money for sure.

Aspen in the fall is beautiful. Kim’s place was walking distance to everything and very stylishly decorated with huge windows overlooking the mountains.

Our stay at the condo was everything we hoped. Our unit was spotless and the view was spectacular. We were very impressed that before and during our the the management company made certain we could contact them if we had any problems or concerns.We will definitely stay there again.

Great stay Very comfortable

Everything was great & the management company was very helpful and responsive. The hot tub and pool were wonderful after a long hike. The electricity in the bedroom kept going out several nights which meant resetting the breaker. Also the instructions for operating the cable TV and Roku to airstream videos from your own device were woefully inadequate and the management team had to come and assist. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Beautiful property that is a little more than a block up the hill from Casa Tua. It’s a bit of a hike and on 3rd floor but the host was nice enough to send someone to help with my heavy luggage. Would definitely book again.

The unit is in a very desirable location literally steps from downtown Aspen and the Gondola to Aspen mountain. The unit has the been value for the location and the amenities including the heated pool and jacuzzi which are a plus Winter or Summer. We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again. Mike

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very chic interior, great communication from the hosts, and perfect location up behind The Little Nell (it’s a little bit of an uphill walk!)The only issue we had was the breaker kept tripping so we kept losing electricity and having to reboot it in the bedroom (the hosts were very helpful and communicative when we reached out about this) but it would often happen middle of the night and the room would get very hot because of it. My only complaint since it is a pricey stay - I wish this hadn’t been an issue. Otherwise 1000% recommend as I’m sure that is fixable!

Fantastic view and absolutely wonderful condo. Close to all the shops and dining and hiking! Host was extremely responsive with questions and recommendations if needed. The stairs and walk back from dining are not always fun because of the incline but it was not a problem. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and we had plenty of towels so we did not have to do laundry to have enough towels for the week. Easy check out procedures too. We had an early flight so we didn't have time to do a lot of clean up prior to leaving and none was required.

We stayed at the Durant hosted by ITrip and everything was amazing. The location could not be better, 5 min walk to lift 5 min walk to heart of town. Everyone at I Trip has been amazing especially with response time of ant questions that we had. Yes there is no elevator but it's really no big deal its 3 small flight of stairs and did not mind it at all.

Perfect Location! Ski in ski out was amazing. Great for a couples weekend. Checking in and checking out was easy. Fire place was a great touch. Very quite for a holiday weekend which was nice. All around great place to stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The bed was so comfortable we are considering getting one for our own house. We slept deeply every night with the windows open, enjoying the silence and the cool air. Being well-rested made our hikes enjoyable, and the hot tub really helped us recover after some strenuous hikes. The view is gorgeous and the sliding floor-to-ceiling windows brought in fragrant mountain air, and also sealed well for noise-reduction. The proximity to the town is perfect, while still being removed from the bustling energy of restaurants. We walked everywhere, and enjoyed our peaceful retreat when we wanted to chill out. The laundry room was convenient and clean. We were truly impressed with the great communication from the management team. They took care of every detail: making sure the AC unit was going when we arrived (it was hot the first few days), including checking which room we wanted it installed in, and supplying pool towels directly to our unit when they ran out. We were greeted with a lovely welcome card and bottle of bubbly to celebrate our anniversary. We miss it already and will definitely return. Thank you, Kim!

We loved our stay. From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we were in the right place. The views were amazing,and we found everything we needed. We also loved the location. We could walk everywhere and the transit system was just a block away for longer excursions. We would happily return to this beautiful condo facing the mountains, surrounded in beauty.

Great place just above the town and Little Nell. Pictures are accurate although with the illusion of a full balcony (actually with french windows). Very comfortable and nicely decorated with many amenities. Heated pool and hot tub were used every day! Literally a 2 minute walk to town and all restaurants. Great communication, especially related to parking, and very attentive (they provided extra fans for circulation). Spectacular views!

The condo was clean upon check-in and is as shown in the photos. There were just the two of us so the condo suited us well. Communication with the folks at itrip went smoothly. Yes, July can be hot and a 3rd floor condo can make that concerning; but with careful utilization of the motorized shades we stayed comfortable and opted not to rent the portable A/C that was offered. We both slept well in the comfortable king bed with open windows and the cool mountain breeze. Of note, the community laundry pricing has increased a little and there is no method by which to pay with credit card. Bring quarters (I was able to buy some from the gentleman at the transit station). The location, although uphill from town, was convenient walking-distance to everything we wanted to do. We had a terrific, memorable vacation. :)

It was a beautiful apartment. The management did a very good job of servicing the apartment. Good communication with us when we reached out. And good follow up checking that we were happy and needed anything from the moment we arrived.

The property is exactly as described. It was very pretty. It was very clean. Management followed up and reached out upon check in and to see if we were happy and needed anything. The apartment came stocked with bathroom basics such as shampoo, conditioner and body cream. The kitchen had all cooking basics. It was bright. You could open the windows up to get a breeze and fresh mountain air. It was well located a minute away from town. We were able to park easily in a lot outside. We really enjoyed our stay..

We were in Aspen for our honeymoon and this property was perfect! The location was great, we walked everywhere, and the unit was exactly what we needed. It was very clean, well decorated and functional. Management had great communication and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

LOVED everything about our stay - we were even lucky enough to get a little snow! The unit is beautifully decorated, well-appointed, in a very convenient location with a fabulous view. The wood burning fireplace was particularly enjoyable after a long day hiking to Crater Lake at Maroon Bells. Our hosts were very communicative, responsive and attentive to any need or question we had, from check-in to check-out. If you are thinking about booking this place, do it! It's fabulous.

Location, location, location! Seriously cannot beat the location of this rental. Super close to the Rubey Park transit center to take the bus to Maroon Bells to hike, 2 blocks to the restaurants and shops, one block to the Gondola. Gorgeous windows that slide open to the mountain giving you and indoor/outdoor feeling. The condo was clean and super quiet. Bed was really comfortable. The condo is on the top floor and their isn’t an elevator, so you do have to carry your bags upstairs. They offer a service to bring them up if you need help, but it’s an additional charge. We didn’t use the kitchen other than the fridge, but it was well-equipped. The washer and dryer are not in the unit, but they are easily accessible on the ground floor near the pool. No one else was using them when I needed them and everything was clean and in good working order. You can use a credit card for them so you don't need to worry about quarters. Kim and her team are very responsive. There weren't any pool towels the first couple of afternoons that we wanted to use the pool -- I texted them and they brought us towels later that evening. Pool and hot tub were also great. Pool gets lots of afternoon sun. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again next year.

Kim’s place was absolutely perfect! My husband and I stayed here for our wedding weekend, and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The views were amazing, the bed was so comfortable, amenities were great, and we could walk everywhere!

We enjoyed our stay here. Firewood was set up for us in the fireplace when we arrived along with some goodies and a tablet to check into the place. It was extremely clean and when we needed a couple items fixed, they came over within hours to fix them. This condo is a block from town and a few blocks from the lifts and gondola. Everything was fantastic except that I wish they had an elevator to get up the three flights of stairs and wish the washer/dryer were in the condo unit itself.

Kim was awesome! Place had AMAZING views, I feel like we had the best views of Aspen. It was literally walking distance to all major places in Aspen and bus stop. The fire place is an awesome touch to enjoy a cozy night/day in. There is a window wall that is incredible and can open. Was so impressed. I can’t wait to return.

This condo was top notch. Every detail is well thought out in the unit. Even though it dumped about 12 inches of snow on us the second night we were there we could not have felt more cozy and warm. Thanks again for the wonderful honeymoon experience!

My sister and I had a wonderful long weekend get-a-way. We were very happy in this top floor with a view condo. We were surrounded by nature and it was truly relaxing and beautiful.

We were impressed with the view as indicated from the pictures. The big windows did not disappoint on a fall weekend with near peak Aspen foliage. The decor was lovely and classy, and the mirror wall made it bright and cheery. Plenty of space for two people, and it was super-clean. Two minor issues were that we found the kitchenware a bit sparse, and parking spots were variable amongst 3 lots. We would stay here again.

Stay here! The view is amazing, the proximity to town is perfect, and the space met all of our needs. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again! Only things to note is that it does have a steep walk up from town and 3 flights of stairs to get up to the unit, wasn’t an issue for us but something to know!
