The Fasching Haus Condos are located in the heart of Aspen, just 2 blocks to the Aspen Mountain Gondola, to Rubey Park Transit center where you can catch free shuttles to the other ski areas or Maroon Bells and to all of the incredible shopping and dining Aspen has to offer. You will enjoy the convenience of this location as well as the relaxing and inviting decor of the home. Unit is in close proximity to a pool with no fence between the home and the pool, the convenient access is amazing however if traveling with small children we do ask you to take this into consideration. The open concept allows for your group to enjoy time together, a favorite pastime of our guests will be getting cozy in the living room next to the wood fireplace on a snowy winter evening or a cool summer night.
The full kitchen offers the convenience of preparing meals for your group. If your idea of a vacation doesn't involve cooking you can just take a quick walk down to the Crepe Shack for a coffee or one of their amazing crepes! So many amazing restaurants are located within walking distance to your condo. Ask us about some of our favorites.
With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this home is perfect for couples, a small family or a few friends traveling together. The complex offers a large outdoor heated pool and hot tub and common area gas grills for everyone's enjoyment. Year-round this is definitely a top vacation rental choice for all travelers coming to visit Aspen.

All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.
Aspen Pitkin County airport is located 3 miles from Aspen and 7 miles from Snowmass Village.

Fire flu will not open enough or hasn’t been cleaned in quite a while. Fire smoked whole living room requiring open windows just to have a fire going. Hot tub not only out of order, construction mess unsightly, no professionalism in taping it off. Zero signs of it being worked on. We had a very expensive view of construction trash. Shower diversion lever only diverted half the water pressure. Water sprays out of lower faucet when you try to have the shower on and you only get half water pressure from shower head.

We are disappointed in receiving the low rating in your review. This is the first we have heard of the issue with the fireplace and the shower. Had we been informed during your stay we would have been able to address these two concerns. Upon your departure we did verify the fireplace flue was operating correctly and confirmed the HOA did complete the annual cleaning of the chimney. The shower diverter does allow adequate water pressure but we have replaced it due to it not completely stopping the flow to the tub spout. Prior to your arrival we did inform you the HOA common area hot tub was out of order and under repair. We also informed you the pool had been heated to 102 degrees due to the hot tub not being available. We did report the appearance of the hot tub to the HOA and they have since improved this to the best that they are able to due to nature of the required repair. This condo was the perfect home base for our Labor Day weekend in Aspen. The location couldn't be beat, offering a super easy walk right to the heart of town. Inside, the rooms were spacious with plenty of storage, and the entire condo was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We spent our days enjoying the accessible pool and hot tub, which made for a great spot to hang out with friends. The property management team was also outstanding—they were super helpful and stayed in touch to ensure our trip was seamless. We can't wait to book with them again!

Highly highly recommend staying here. Super close to everything you need!! The place itself was perfect for 2 couples and very clean and comfortable. The host even went WAY above and beyond when my friend’s wedding ring got lodged in a weird spot and had Jordan save the freaking marriage by being able to retrieve it. I would love to come back and stay at this exact spot. 10/10 all the way around, thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub after skiing was lovely. Location to everything we wanted access to was nice. We were able to cook in the kitchen for some meals and walk to dining if we chose. The overall feel was comfort and coziness. .
