Our team works hard to ensure each property is well prepared for our guests. However, we are disappointed to hear that the unit did not completely meet your expectations. Details about the size of the unit, lack of a washer/dryer, and the parking situation are all outlined in the listing so guests can select the property that best fits their needs prior to booking. We clearly state in the listing that there is a complimentary parking lot or on-street parking for one car but there is no assigned parking; it is first come first served and parking is limited. We also noticed that your original reservation was for a different unit that included both a washer/dryer and dedicated parking before it was cancelled and then replaced with this booking. Because of that, it’s possible there may have been some confusion about which amenities were included with this particular property. We offer a variety of homes in Aspen and Snowmass Village with those features, and we would have been happy to help guide you toward one that better suited your preferences. Regarding the closet, our team offered to remove some items to provide additional room during your stay, but we understand you chose not to take advantage of that option. We also want to note that a two-star review can be quite impactful for a vacation rental, particularly when the concerns mentioned are clearly disclosed in the property description. Our goal is always to ensure guests select the home that best matches their expectations and needs before arrival. We truly appreciate the feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. For future visits, we would be glad to help you select a property with larger storage space, in-unit laundry, and dedicated parking to better accommodate your needs.

We are disappointed in receiving the low rating in your review. This is the first we have heard of the issue with the fireplace and the shower. Had we been informed during your stay we would have been able to address these two concerns. Upon your departure we did verify the fireplace flue was operating correctly and confirmed the HOA did complete the annual cleaning of the chimney. The shower diverter does allow adequate water pressure but we have replaced it due to it not completely stopping the flow to the tub spout. Prior to your arrival we did inform you the HOA common area hot tub was out of order and under repair. We also informed you the pool had been heated to 102 degrees due to the hot tub not being available. We did report the appearance of the hot tub to the HOA and they have since improved this to the best that they are able to due to nature of the required repair. No work was being performed while you were here due to City restrictions during the Christmas and New Year Holidays. - Paddy Allen iTrip Aspen Snowmass
