A very practical and spacious unit. Great windows and lighting . Location is great! Beds comfortable. Decor, Asian, not my style, but liked the two Aspen pics. Wall units for A/C were too big and in the way. Management quickly removed them when we asked. Recommend a better coffee maker and one that automatically turns off.

We love this unit in Aspen. We stayed with another couple and it was perfect. The layout is terrific: all bedrooms are separated for privacy. The kitchen open and works for multiple cooks. Fasching Haus is one of our favorite building- it is quiet and has all the amenities you want and need (pool, hot tub, outdoor grill).

This place was great for our group since we had 5 people and the 5th person had their own room and bathroom. Each room also had its own AC unit which is nice. Great location - centrally located but tucked a little in the mountain. Super close to Silver Queen Gondola Cons: Our AC unit kept our shutters opened so all the bright lights of the outside hallway were disrupting our sleep and another guest claimed the internet was going in and out during their work time.

I loved the living areas and the well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable as well. The downside is that all 3 bathrooms were soooo tiny that one can barely fit in the bath. Also, the property is on the fourth floor with no elevator access. So it is a lot of stairs to carry your bags, skis and boots up.

Overall, the unit had everything one could need for a week in Aspen. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had all the essentials and three full baths. The only negative thing would be the hot tub was closed. Had it been recently I could understand but I was told it's been out all season. I think that should have been disclosed at the time of booking because that was part of the decision to stay here.

While the location for downtown Aspen was very good, the condo was dated and dark.Not having in premise washer and dryer made keeping clothes clean difficult.Management was great and responsive and with a minor make over to brighten up the condo and a washer/dryer, I would stay here often

All good and ITrip staff was attentive and accommodating. 2 issues—-4th floor and no elevator and no washer/dryer in condo.

Kim’s place was a perfect space for a family of five or six. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and any glassware or dishes needed. The location was absolutely perfect for going into downtown Aspen or catching the buses to the slopes. Additionally, the unit comes with a shared pool and jacuzzi which is a great plus. A few cons were that the heating system throughout the whole house does not work well or if at all. This was not indicated in the listing. However, it’s apparent that the owners know about this because of the amount of plug-in heaters provided throughout the house. There is a fireplace so this isn’t a huge deal but it would have been nice to know. One other small con is that there are some blemishes throughout the bathrooms and room walls of the unit which again is not a huge deal but staying in Aspen does come at a premium cost. Overall- would stay there again. Thanks to Kim and team!

From a location standpoint, it does not get any better than this in Aspen. Great views to Red Mountain and walking distance to everything the town has to offer. Off street parking was a bonus. The condo was clean and well stocked. Updated but not recently. Very comfortable and spacious. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. We would choose Fausching Haus again for either a summer/fall or winter trip.I Trip was great to work with. Their communications were clear and concise. While we had no issues during our 3 week stay, it was comforting to know they were there for us.

Pros: The location of this condo was excellent - we parked on the street and didn’t need to use our car for 4 days. We walked to restaurants, the gondola, hiking trails and even did a bike trip from central Aspen to Maroon Bells, all without needing a car. The hot tub was a nice amenity which we used multiple times. The managing team was responsive via text.Cons: the unit was a little dated, but from what we understand that can be common in Aspen. It had some floor mounted AC machines which had been installed and helped with cooling during the summer days, but you couldn’t shut the shutters at night. We ended up putting up a blanket but it was a bit of a trade off for cool air. The rooms were a bit small and we couldn’t fit our suitcases, so we ended up using the day bed room as a closet. The couches and throw pillows have seen some wear and could use some cleaning. The first night we were there the showers didn’t have any hot water (this was only an issue the one time - everything was fine from the next day onward.)Overall, the condo experience was fine - we really were only there to sleep at night - and the location won out over the other minor inconveniences.

The facilities were great. My kids loved it. Great location, great information from the team. The only things missing were in unit laundry and an elevator. There is laundry onsite though.Thanks!

This condo had everything we were looking for! The close proximity to the town was a definite plus. We loved the pool, cleanliness and easy parking. The condo was extremely quiet, and the beds were super comfortable. We would highly recommend the unit!

The condo was really lovely. The kitchen has everything you need. The 3 full baths made for a lovely friction free stay for our family of four and one adult friend. The common area has a lot of space for everyone to spread out - and it's a reasonable walk to the gondola and all the amenities in Aspen. Great trip, great place to stay.

This condo was located so close to the action in Aspen, you'd be crazy to stay anywhere else! We loved how well the condo was laid out, with three full baths, a well stocked kitchen and the lovely pool and hot tub. Staff on site were total champs, to uncover and make sure the pool was ready for kids, even super late in the ski season. iTrip staff was also very responsive with our questions. Stay here. It is as close as it seems, there's a ton of space, it's a super spot!

Highly recommend this place as it's right in town and so close to the ski slopes. The place was very nice and we enjoyed the heated hot tub and pool. Concierge was also very helpful with anything that was needed. Thank you!

Fantastic location and great service. Love Aspen and the team at iTrip. We landed early and with late notice we were able to get into our room a couple hours early. I know they can't do it all the time but just the fact that they made an effort to accommodate us and in the end did showed us they cared about us.Thanks again for your assistance.

My family and I visited Aspen for the first time to ski/snowboard, and this place seemed to meet all our needs and also be in a great location. It turned out to be everything we hoped for. The place is cozy, yet spacious. It is in walking distance to the lifts, restaurants, and shopping. On top of that, it is a tremendous value. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for helping make our vacation great!

Responded quickly to questions and needs. Well equipped. Nice location. Plenty of room and seating for large family. Plenty of firewood available. It says it in the details on vrbo but just be sure you know there is no elevator! Clearer directions on which stairs to take to get there would be helpful. We found a good route but it took a couple of tries. Wall decor could use updating. The big negative is the bedroom with the door leading to the outside needs to be completely covered around the edge of the blind or a different cover all together. Way too much light comes in at night from the outside light and you can see out from the inside around the edge of blind which makes you feel like you can be seen from the outside while in the room which is a bit uncomfortable.

We had the best weekend get away to Aspen. The location of the unit is perfect and we were able to walk to town very easily while seeing great views of the mountains. The host is really great at communicating and very detailed. The check in and out process is easy! Thank You for a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to visit again in the future.

We enjoyed staying Downtown Aspen and found Fasching 410 to suit our needs perfectly. The condo was well provisioned and clean. Our family of five (10, 8 & 5yo boys) took full advantage of the pool/hot tub and the 'flex' room with pullout couch was used to give the kiddos their own space to hang while serving as a crucial 3rd bedroom. On-site parking was helpful as we shuttled hockey gear to youth tournament games that brought us to Aspen, but we otherwise left the car parked and took advantage of the exceptional walkability. We hope to be back for next year's tournament (if not before) and will look for Fasching 410 as our first option.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was walking distance to shops and restaurants. Having the 3 bathrooms was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Please keep in mind that there are a few flights of stairs leading to the property and no elevator so older family members might have some difficulty. We enjoyed our stay.

The property is great and in an amazing location in downtown Aspen. The ease of check in and communication from the management company made the trip fantastic!

Home was lovely and well stocked. Beds very comfy and plenty of room in bedrooms and living areas! Itrip has seamless checkin and a code to scan once you arrive in condo that has everything you need to know! Also parking pass on hand and they even call for a residential parking permit for your stay. Very helpful! Definitely will return !!!

I stayed at Fasching Haus and it was wonderful. A memorable trip for everyone. I will say, someone from the office on premise approached me and my wife on a Sunday at 3 or 4pm asking which unit we were in and told us to tell our kids in the pool to keep the noise down. She couldn’t find our reservation on her clipboard she brought out, but she went back into the office. It was a weird situation. She didn’t follow up or ask anyone else at the pool. Other than that, the location was awesome, the units have incredible views. Would stay here again.

Location is excellent! We took the free public bus from the airport to downtown and had a 3 min walk to the property. The condo is spacious and well equipped. Communication with management was great and thanks for accommodating our early arrival. Had a slight issue finding our actual condo as the main office was closed for the season, but we found someone to point us in the right direction. Thank you!Liisa

The location is 5 stars: walking distance to most everything. The lodging has the potential for 5 stars but needs significant updating/changes. The condo is 3 stars.The entire kitchen is a mishmash: pots & pans old, some without lids, utensils unmatched and cheap [as though purchased from a yard sale], knives unsharpened. There is a significant lack of closet space! Each bedroom has a small closet, but one is completely stuffed with items, e.g., vacuum, fans, etc. As to the vacuum, when my wife turned it on smoke came out - does not work. The unit needs to post instructions on how to work the television in the main room as there are multiple controllers.We rented for 2 weeks with the offer of a change of towels after week 1; no complimentary maid service, which is a true shortcoming given the price of the unit. We had the option of using the common laundry area BUT 2 of the 3 dryers were out-of-service. While iTrip notes the need for change to operate the laundry, they neglect to be specific [$2 for washers; $1.75 for dryer [and often there is a need for 2 60-minute cycles] and $.75 for detergent.The bathrooms were a disappointment. The toilets are very low, the counter space is limited, and the shower head height is appropriate for a 5'4" person - our 6'3" son had it hit him in the back.On the plus side [kudos to location] the concierge [Bryan] was superb: attentive, responsive, etc. The availability of firewood was also a great plus. On a warning to the property managers: since the office - the main entrance - is closed after 5 PM, the only way in & out is via a side "alley" which is generally unlighted, and snow covered - a real danger for slipping and awkward for access.

Condo was nice. There was a leak under the sink upon arrival but we contacted owner who responded immediately and had it fixed. Otherwise, no problems. Nice place. Very centrally located. A few steps from Gondola. Place is big enough to accommodate six comfortably as the "den" has a pull out couch and closing accordion doors. The "den" is separate from the TV room.

The apartment was great! Came to town for work with a coworker and felt right at home here.

Nice, clean unit in a great location, very close to the center of town for shopping and restaurants! Part of a quiet building. Management was responsive to our needs with minor issues we had during our stay. Highly recommend.

No matter what your plans are in Aspen, this unit will accommodate all of your wants and needs! It’s a short five minute walk to Aspen Mountain’s gondola, or bus station to access the other three mountains. There are also plenty of shops and food options within a reasonable walking distance. The unit itself was very nice and comfortable, and felt like a home away from home! Would gladly stay here again!

The Fasching Haus is a beautiful and well-maintained property, and I love its location tucked between the gondola and Shadow Mtn. The condo itself was shiny & new, clean, kitchen stocked extremely well. The hottub had some issues staying at a high temperature, but was fixed within a few days.All-in-all a superb stay, would stay again here anytime

My friend and I had a great experience at the Fasching Haus. The apartment had plenty of space and was very clean. The location is tough to beat if you plan to spend time in the town of Aspen. Only a few blocks from the Aspen Mt Gondola!

Excellent place to stay in aspen. Dinners are a short walk (quarter mile) away. Pool hot tub are great after day of hiking/biking/etc. two king beds and comfortable pull out sofa with separate bathroom worked great for our family of 5. Great place!

This was the perfect apartment for our adult weekend in Aspen. The apt was stocked with all of the essentials including coffee. It has everything you need to make large meals. The apt was clean, beds comfortable and lots of hot water. We were there for a wedding and were able to walk to and from the rehearsal dinner and wedding and the wives were in high heels. We walked to the supermarket, restaurants and stores throughout the weekend. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was fantastic, and the location was unbeatable. It was two blocks away from the Gondola Plaza, two blocks away from Lift 1A, and at the end of the day you can ski to one block away from the property. And my kids loved the pool.

We had an amazing stay at Fasching Haus condo. The condo was easy to find in the heart of Aspen and only a couple blocks to the base of Ajax. We had a great stay and we were VERY impressed with the responsiveness of the iTrip Vacations team, even responding to a call on Xmas eve! (The issue turned out to be nothing and they came over to check it out anyway.) The unit is in good shape and in a fantastic location. The wood burning fireplace was a major positive.Only negative is that the description should warn people that there is no elevator. If you access the apartment from the side entrance (which is pretty convenient) it is only two flights up. More stairs from the main entrance.

The condo exceeded our expectations for our week in Aspen. Six of us were able to sleep comfortably - having three bathrooms was a huge plus. We used the pool and hot tub several times. The main areas of town were only a few minute walk. Lastly, and most importantly, the unit was very clean. We were thankful for the extra hand sanitizer that the hosts provided for us. We appreciate you helping keep us safe. Look forward to coming back to Aspen, and we would definitely stay here again.Ryan

This property was great for my wife and 2 kiddos. The location is great, walking distance to everywhere in Aspen. We would stay at this condo again.

The location was absolutely prefect and the place fit the description(although we didn’t realize there wasn’t AC or even small window units). The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it really isn’t a great place for families with kids under the age of 4. We have 2 year old twins and the bathtubs were extremely hard to access and while the rooms had king beds which is amazing for adults, the space was extremely tight to put in a pack and pay. The apartment is on the 4th floor which is fine unless you have tiny kids. If you don’t have kids or have older kids this place is perfect!

Nice condo. Great location. Bonus living room and extra bathroom a plus. Unit doesn’t have air conditioning for summer use. We had to rent (for an extra fee) portable AC units to stay cool. Hot tub was great for early evening soaks. Enjoyed our stay very much!!

This location was ideal for walking everywhere in Aspen and cooking some great meals! The beds were super comfy and the rest of the place was just as promised. We had a blast!
