We loved our stay! Location is a short walk to downtown shops & restaurants but still a quiet neighborhood feel. The unit is really clean & comfy with thoughtful, hospitable touches. Loved the wine cooler!

This lofted studio was great for our 10-day stay in Aspen. The kitchen was fully equipt with Keurig coffee maker and everything you would need to cook a meal or prepare a snack at the house. We also enjoyed the fireplace after long days of skiing. The bedroom is lofted above with stairs and a railing up to it. The ceiling is a little low on one end, but wasn't a problem for us during our stay. Would definitely recommend to 2 people traveling for roughly a week.

Great property in the heart of Aspen! Short walk to just about any venue in downtown Aspen. Property was the perfect size for my girlfriend and I. We also really appreciated the high-speed internet and great communication from property management. Would stay again!

The location was perfect, I used to live in Aspen in that neighborhood in the 1980s.so was familiar with the area. The apartment was well appointed, great bed and great shower! I did not have a car but did not need one. I could walk to everywhere and the free bus was great.

The condo was lovely, great bed and great shower! I used to live in that Aspen neighborhood back in the 80s and walked by the Gavilon back then . I was very impressed at how well maintained the property is. I could walk everywhere and see my friends. Loved it!

This is such a great condo. It's easy to get around town from here, everything is walking distance. Kitchen has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Would stay here every time if it's available.

It was a cozy, spacious little apartment right downtown very welcoming, easy to get to, I enjoyed the nice stemware glassware and bar set up inside the house, I believe the previous owner must’ve been into wine, but it was really nice to have good glassware. Would rent again highly recommended.

Had a wonderful experience at Gavilon. The communication with the company was perfect, parking was great, access to everything, great vibe of the condo, well equipped kitchen, clean, quiet. I would definitely come back

Amazing location in downtown Aspen and walkable to the ski mountain. Great value for the price. I would stay there again in a heart beat!

We really enjoyed staying here. It is easy enough to walk to the Ajax gondola and anything else that you need to do in town. It is clean and comfortable and has a great feel to it. The only thing that was a bit annoying is that skis cannot be stored in the designated ski locker in the condo and have to be left outside on the balcony, which results in them being covered in snow/ice in the morning.

This air bnb was great! We stayed here for four days - it was close to Aspen Mountain which was perfect for skiing and also had great internet and amenities for working remotely. The apartment was clean, cozy and quiet. Lastly, the check in process was easy and we received a lot of support for our questions concerning parking. Thank you for an amazing stay!

El estudio nos gustó mucho, está muy cómodo con todo lo que necesitas, muy funcional y además cuenta con chiminea. La ubicación es muy buena, queda a unas cuantas cuadras de todos los restaurantes y tiendas de Aspen. Muy buena comunicación es muy recomendable.

We checked in and immediately left. The dishwasher was leaking and there was water all over the floor. The dishes had stains on them when I went to grab a glass of wine. You can hear everything the neighbors are doing. Not kid friendly at all. Do not recommend we didn’t get any money back and didn’t even stay there. We messaged the host and did not receive a response. itrip checked in on us the next day and just apologized but did not make things right. There’s tons of other places to stay for even less the cost in the beautiful city of Aspen.

We had an amazing stay at Kim’s place in Aspen! The unit was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. It’s close to town to walk to all of the best spots in town including Hotel Jerome, Clark’s, and Matsuhisa. The management team was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back again to stay at this lovely place!

Great condo especially for the price - fully stocked - excellent communication - no issues what so ever - the only thing I might add is that the stairs to get to bedroom In loft are steep - the have a sturdy handrail and great lighting - not an issue for us but I could see that some might have difficulty- I don’t remember seeing anything about the steep stairs when I booked ( but I could be totally wrong ) - The condo also has a great balcony and loved sitting out there in the afternoons Would definitely recommend and will stay again !!

Great location!! Our stay was wonderful, place is very nice, well kept, and has everything you need. Location was right in the middle of town close to everything. Will rebook when visiting Aspen.

Overall a very nice and modern unit. Just a few blocks from the center of town. Quiet and chill street.TWO things that need to be addressed/updated:1) The bathroom is on the first floor right off of the living room, which is fine. The problem is, it's small and gets HOT so having the door open is a must. However, all of the neighbors can see directly into the unit and there are NO privacy blinds. At night with the lights on, the neighbors can see EVERYTHING. It is extremely annoying. This place is in desperate need of of some opaque privacy blinds, at least on the window right across from the bathroom.2) The lighting in the bathroom is literally terrible. Using the bathroom mirror is impossible. The two tiny lights are very dim and placed in a weird position so the light doesn't touch you or the mirror. No light in the shower/tub. The only bright(er) light is a heat lamp light in the center of the bathroom, which is too unbearably hot to leave on. Such a quick and simple fix.

Bright, clean, quiet and cozy spot. Short walk to downtown, about 30" walk to Aspen Ideas Festival location. Bike rental stations nearby (and everywhere). Very comfortable space to spend a few days.

Stayed here during Aspen Ideas Health and it was perfect. It's a very short walk to downtown (where you can grab a bike), and about a 30" walk (through gorgeous area) to the Aspen campus. Free bus and shuttle available if you don't want to walk. It's quiet, bright and quite comfortable. I didn't cook but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. There isn't much storage or closet/hanging space but it was very workable for 4 days.

The property is as advertised. The space is nice with all the amenities to make it a comfortable stay. The loft provided a nice separate semi-private space. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals. The location is close enough to shops and the mountain but enough distance to be quiet and residential. The management company was easy to work with and responsive. The only small complaint was the sofabed could be more comfortable, according to my teenage son.

Great, comfortable, third-floor condo in a quiet residential location that is just a few blocks from downtown and the gondola. There are plenty of windows with sunshine and a view of the mountain. We enjoyed the modern kitchen and heated floors. The heated bathroom floor did a good job drying our boot liners each night.

This place is comfortable, spacious, quiet, and the perfect place to ski and explore Aspen. It is well-equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, etc. Easy walks to town, the mountain, and bus stops. It has nice furnishings, large windows providing lots of natural light, and a balcony. The host provided excellent information and support prior to and during our stay.

All was great at the Airbnb although the washer dryer ruined a good deal of my clothes, turning them blue and mildewed. It was such a shame. They tried to send someone to look at the last evening of my stay which was bad timing as my clothes were already ruined and it was my last evening. Lost about $800 of clothes but otherwise, property was clean and good location.
