This apartment was in a great location, loved the proximity to restaurants, gondola and kid friendly activities. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend!

Disappointed. My family and I got sick from construction in garage. I’m sure the fumes were toxic. We had to check out early as a result. Host would not refund any of our trip. Disappointed.

The location and service of this property were excellent. We loved being at the base of the Village Express lift and near Kenichi. However, this place could definitely use a refresh and has the appearance of a heavily rentedl unit. The carpet should be replaced. We experienced a terrible locker-room odor from the primary bedroom carpet. The excellent staff brought in a carpet cleaner which helped a lot. A kitchen cabinet couldn't be used as it would fall off. The kitchen faucet was loose, etc. There was no Sonos or bluetooth audio.We give snaps to the service we experienced. They were responsive and very helpful. However, the early check-in experience for noon arrivals could be improved! Having to pay $80 to have our luggage/equipment brought to the unit from the check-in office (up the hill and a distance to the Hayden Lodge) was, like, really?

The location is beautiful but the check-in process wasn't convenient. Having to locate the office and hope someone was there to check you in isn't something you want to deal with after a long flight. Also the communication on being able to check out two hours after the standard time wasn't clear. Again... the lodge is gorgeous and clean but I think going forward I'll just stay in a hotel.

Overall the place was satisfactory. Very clean and comfortable. Modern and unit amenities are all you need. That said, it would have been very helpful to know that the Village is a ghost town in May - no shops, restaurants or even the gondola were open. We saw one other resident and the rest of the people around were maintenance crews. Coming from outside the area, it would be nice to know that the area is completely dead the few weeks between Ski season and Summer. The listing mentions that "Snowmass offers many events throughout the year that shouldn't be missed" and "due to the unparalleled convenience of the Hayden lodge in Snowmass this unit books up quickly year-round", this was not our experience nor how I would describe this for the time we were there in May. Additionally, I think it is only fair that it be disclosed that the unit is professionally managed property and not managed by a true "Host". I only heard from iTrips, not "Kim". Even after reviewing the listing a second time I don't see that disclosed anywhere. There typically is a stark difference in Hosted versus professionally managed.Instructions were very clear and appreciated. The digital check-in unit is a nice convenience upon arrival. The unit, however, is a little difficult to get to for families having to park a good distance away and the drop point still requires you to climb a number of stairs to get into the building to then go up an elevator. Also, a little "awkward" and suspect to have to provide additional personal information to have the key overnighted to me, rather than having a local solution on site.All said and done I can see how the other reviews were glowing for winter time, as I am sure this is a magical place during the peak season. While we didn't expect that we did expect a little more based on the information provided and our experiences in Park City and Vail where the "off-season" is quite, but still had a lot to offer.

Condo was in a great location for going into Aspen for the Food and Wine Festival. Views from the condo are incredible. Enjoyed coming back at the end of each day to relax. Instructions and communication with the property manager were excellent. One tiny suggestion...better hairdryers would be a good addition. Both hairdryers kept shutting off or powering down while trying to use them.

We have stayed in this unit for the past 3 ski trips to Snowmass as a family of four and we absolutely love it. Can't beat the location. The unit has a ton of light and is very well kept! The management company is extremely responsive....

Everything was great except carrying our luggage up stairs, Lack of airport transport,( on-site transportation is available for Hayden lodge occupants but not for those managed by itrip according to on site snowmass transportation). Very difficult to purchase groceries at market and return on shuttle. Great view and great location for skiing.

This was a very nice unit. It was spacious and clean. And bathrooms were nice. You cannot beat the location if you want to stay in Snowmass. It was perfect! You can easily hop on the free gondola that runs you up to the mall area in Snowmass. This was convenient if we didn’t feel like walking. I do have some complaints. This is why I ranked it a 4star instead of 5. I do believe they need a new mattress in the master bedroom. It seemed to sink to the middle and was not very comfortable. The other bed seem perfectly fine. I do believe they need to stock up on a few more things in the kitchen. We couldn’t find a lid to any of the skillets, a pizza cutter, etc. Again not a dealbreaker but just something that should be considered. The balcony was very nice for morning coffee. However, at least in the summertime it was unbearable to sit outside on the balcony with the direct sunlight. During our entire stay, the elevator was out of commission. It was an inconvenience for us, but we definitely could manage the stairs. I would worry for older people, or anyone with disabilities that would not be able to walk up 4 1/2 flights of stairs from the parking garage. I know they are trying to rectify this issue, so I would not fault them for that. However we were not made aware of this until we checked in and evidently it had been this way for at least two weeks prior. Again not a huge issue for us but hoping that it is fixed for future guests. I really wish they would reconsider the checking in process. Checking in at a different location is not exactly ideal. Ending on a positive note, management was extremely helpful and responded immediately to any concerns. They also helped us get our luggage up to our room considering the elevator was not working

Loved this property. Location can not be beat, interior was immaculate and well decorated. Only thing for improvement would be the king bed sagged to the middle - not good for 2 people to sleep in.

The location is centrally located to the village with shops and restaurants. It is a little bit of an adventure to find the condo and to pick up the key. It was as pictured clean and plenty of amenities. The condo Managment was available at all times and responded quickly.

We had a few problems after checking in. One of our keys didn’t work, but was replaced promptly. A valance from one of the windows fell down, but again, Chaz was there promptly to take down. Then the jacuzzi in the master bath did not work, and with a pulled back muscle this would have been a nice thing to have had working. Unfortunately, they were not able to fix without tearing out tile around the tub, or going through a wall since there was no way to get to the motor. They did compensate us for this. All in all, even with the problems the place was clean, beds were comfortable and the view was fantastic. We would stay there again, but would ask that the non-stick pans that were all scratched up and shouldn’t be used, be replaced. Wish we could have given them a 5 star, but with the few problems we had, we really couldn’t. Maybe next time.

Good location for summer. Easy walk to base shops and restaurants, and right by the Skittles to wisk you up to Snowmass Mall. One complaint - not much lighting in the condo. No overhead lighting and pretty dark at night.

The iTrip team did an incredible job with this property. Snowmass Village has everything that a family could ask for a far as amenities, beautiful grounds, and impressive lodge accommodations. The pool was closed for the season but the hot tub was available for use. My largest complaint is that the mattresses on the beds were almost unbearable. The main room had a very lumpy mattress and it was hard to get a good night's rest. The mattress in the guest room was extremely poor because it was uneven and nearly impossible to sleep on.

This unit could not have been more perfect for our first visit to Aspen/Snowmass. Our balcony had the best view of the Village Express lift and watching the ski school was an added bonus. The convenience of this stay is top tier and we would definitely return to stay at the Hayden Lodge. On top of that, the team at iTrip were accommodating of all of our needs from prior to our arrival and even after our departure. 10/10 highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Hayden Lodge. The condo is very comfortable with all the amenities needed. The location is perfect for ski in/out as well as all the dining options outside your door in the village or a short gondola ride to the mall area… super fun! Property management company was very attentive to any concerns we had. We can’t wait to return next year!

A well appointed modern condo with all the amenities including a jetted tub, comfortable beds and a lovely fireplace. Patrick , from itrip, was very helpful with questions and answers. We would stay there again.

We stayed in Hayden Lodge in early June to celebrate our daughter’s destination wedding at Maroon Bells! The Condo was immaculate and modern. Lots of light facing the sky cab area and so convenient to the nearby restaurants and wedding activities. We hope to come back one day to enjoy this beautiful area again.

We love Snowmass Village, and we love staying at the Hayden Lodge! Our unit was fantastic! Spacious, clean with great views of the mountain! Check-in/Check-out was easy and we had everything we needed in our unit. We will book again for next year! Communication with our host was fantastic, and everyone was so nice and helpful. We have stayed in several condos over the past few years in Snowmass Village, we go every year. This was by far my favorite to date. The building is really nice, we were RIGHT on the slopes overlooking the magic carpet and skittles gondola and it was so much fun to watch all the skiers coming down the hill at the beggining and end of each day as we lounged on the sectional in the living room. The unit is large compared to some of the other 2-bedroom units we've stayed in. The beds were great, kitchen was well stocked, ski lockers were so close to the mountain it felt like we had a ski concierge. Lastly, I seriously don't think there's a better location in the village. We had a really wonderful time and I would highly suggest it for adults and little kids (like ours).The one tricky thing is it's a bit of a walk up from the parking garage to the unit, but not really a big deal compared to other units we've stayed in. It was great to have the covered spot right down the elevator from the unit.

Fantastic location. One of our favorites in Snowmass. Super convenient, jacuzzi was very easy to get to and the lifts were literally below the condo.

With the windows and deck doors closed you won't hear a single noise from downstairs, however, with them open, you will hear the music and the kids playing (the DJ was great though, playing mostly fun 80s songs). The balcony has a nice table and cushioned chairs, and direct view of the mountain, perfect for a meal for 4 outside, and once camp is over (around 4pm) the area is very quiet and perfect for a quiet wine with a view. The place is just as shown in the pictures, the furniture was updated and comfortable, all appliances worked, and it had everything we needed (not a lot of pots and pans - but included a large one to boil water - and not a lot of serving dishes but particularly well stocked in plates, and nice and well stocked silver wear, glasses and cups). The mattresses, sheets, towels, and shower/sink product were all of good quality. Management was great, constantly checking on us by text message making sure we were having the perfect stay. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was exactly as pictured/described. Check in was very easy with great communication. Great place with a beautiful view overlooking the slopes! We went during spring off season so a lot of the restaurants in the base village area were closed or open weird times, but other than that it was perfect!

We had a nice stay at the Hayden Lodge. Everything we needed was in the condo, toiletries, laundry and dishwasher soaps, and plenty of towels. The check in was off sight and we did not rent a car, so a little tricky but we were able to get into condo early so no issues. We used the public transportation system in Aspen which worked out great. There are buses all around so getting anywhere was easy. We used the Snowmass shuttle to go to the grocery store. Only thing that was a bummer is climbing all the steps to get to condo entrance. If you rent a car, you park in the garage which has an elevator up to units.Overall I would recommend condo as so close to slopes and easy once you are checked-in. Staff was very helpful and quick to respond via text message.

We stayed at the Hayden Lodge in Snowmass in March. The location was great. Condo had everything we needed including plenty of supplies for dishwasher, laundry and toiletries. The little things made our stay so easy. Location was great, only hardship was having to climb all those stairs to get to the entrance of condo complex. WE did not rent a car but used public transportation which worked out great. There are busses everywhere making it easy to get around Aspen and Snowmass. I would highly recommend NOT getting a vehicle if staying here.We would love to come back again someday..

We stayed at this property for the second time in March 2022. It is a well-appointed ski condo in a great location at Snowmass Base Village. It was a good size for our family of 5 and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed a this condo the week fo Feb 6th, with 2 other friends. We loved the condo. It is modern, updated, very clan and very well stocked. You cannot beat the location, right outside of the main chairlift. The owner was very responsive to our needs, and checked on us on a regular basis. Would definitely stay here again.

While we didn't have small children, since it was at the treehouse would be an ideal location for small children too!

The location is perfect just right on the village!just one advice for property manager no paper towel no trash bags no soup for the dishes, missing that to bad on a place like that, more if you stay a week o so! places I stayed before they have all that, basic things!! here in this property I guess you have to buy all that stuff.

We stayed in unit 2201 for eight days and had the most amazing time. The accommodations were fabulous the view was spectacular and everything about this vacation was just the best. Excellent location to get to chair lift and skittles gondola. Had a couple issues at check in once inside the condo, but management was responsive and took care of the issues right away. Having a ski locker was a huge help for us. If you have children and are utilizing the Treehouse, location doesn’t get any better! Our only complaint was that the toilets are very small.

Hospitality was outstanding. The unit itself was a small. I felt that my family of four with luggage etc was cramped. The rooms were a little small. The toilet is also too small. My wife and I could not fit our hands under the master bathroom sinks. Strange design which made the sinks relatively difficult to use. Guest bathroom was a better design. Again, the personal we’re outstanding. Same with location. Just the functionality of the condo setup was somewhat limiting. But being literally 20 steps to the lift was priceless.

Condo is exactly like in the pictures. Checkin was easy. Place was very clean, spacious and quiet. Location can't be beat. It is almost too close to the slopes and so convenient to be in base village. Our hosts were always available via text or call and were very helpful. Would highly recommend. Cant wait be be back next year!

I’ve stayed in Snowmass many times over the past years this was the best. If you want to be in base village the location is almost too good. The view up Fanny Hill is spectacular. The condo is clean spacious modern and in a quiet building. Checkin was super easy. The hosts were excellent very responsive and helpful. Hope to be back again!

Great location. Nice decor. Only weird thing is the faucets in the master bath are unusually close to the sink. It's a little hard to fit your hands underneath faucet to wash them. Not a deal breaker, just little strange. This location is probably even more amazing in the winter. I would stay there again for sure.

Great location, cannot beat it in Snowmass. Nicely appointed but could use a larger (and HD) TV in the living space particularly. Nice coffee beans included, kitchen has everything you need but it's a decent hike to the market which is no fault of the property...nowhere in the base village proper to obtain basics. Linens could be a bit better quality at this price point. Very attentive service throughout. Overall we very much enjoyed the stay.

Extremely convenient for skiing. Nice modern 2BR condo with great layout and view of the slopes. Noise from the mountain was never an issue. On line photographs were extremely accurate. No complaints.

It’s right above the treehouse, so we literally walked downstairs to get the kids skis and send them off to ski school. It’s so close to the lifts and gondolas. Plus, it was only 20 minutes from the Aspen airport. Check in/out was so simple on the iPad. The property manager was a text away when I did have a question. All the appliances are all new and loved the wine fridge. We would love to stay here again! My husband and kids loved it as well.

Fantastic location and views.

We really enjoyed our stay here - just perfect for viewing the fall leaves in Snowmass and Aspen - it was just gorgeous! We were a short drive to rent bikes, get food, etc. We slept great on the comfortable beds and wonderful pillows, made breakfast in the kitchen each day and enjoyed the living room and views in the evening. Great stay!

This 2-bedroom condo is terrific. Great location within short walking distance to everything at Snowmass Village. Located next to the Village Express gondola which takes you up the hill to Snowmass Mall. The other main gondola is a really short walk. I think this was the cleanest Airbnb I have stayed in yet! Spotless when I entered the condo. It has all the amenities you need for a short stay. There are two full bedrooms and full baths. The living area has plenty of room so you don’t feel overcrowded. I loved the little patio! The condo is well done and located in a secure and safe building. The parking pass for the garage was easy and the space was in a gated area. I loved staying here and hope to return someday! Kim was a great host and everything was superb!

The photos are spot on. The location is great for getting around without a car Kim was great about providing information, and questions were answered quickly. She asked about problems - very minor things that I’m sure were fixed as soon as we left. Once my family arrived, we took advantage of the convenient parking.

This is a great family rental, very big and clean and right next to the gondolas. There was a lot of construction ongoing, so in a couple months once all is complete it will be an even better spot. Food choices are limited, Aspen is the better choice for restaurants, but its a short 20-30min drive. Communication was very fast, though directions for parking were a bit unclear due to lack of signage for the lodge but once you find it, its easy to get there. Property pictures matched the listing!

We had such a good time staying at Hayden Lodge. The location is great, right upstairs from the Skittles/SkyCap lift, but the space itself was perfect. Very well appointed and modern. Kim was extremely responsive and had some nice goodies for us when we arrived. Highly recommend this unit...but not too much ;) We may want to stay there again this time next year!

We have had a great stay and will visit this unit again. The place was clean, fully stocked well with amenities , and the most perfect place and location for our family.

We rented a two bedroom condo. It was steps away from the Snowmass village express lift. It was also steps away from the gondola that went to the village. Having a personal locker was awesome. After skiing with the kids in the morning, I could just dump them off at the condo, have a slice of leftover pizza, use the boys room, and then go right back to skiing without lugging around ski gear. The furniture was awesome, space was huge, the kitchenware is more than I could have expected, underground parking was great(though we did park our mid size suv into the compact spots, sorry) .We used the hot tub many times. I felt really spoiled. Being from Los Angeles, it does take a day to get there, but the experience was well worth it.

This was a great condo! The unit was spacious and clean. It was very well appointed with everything you will need for a fantastic ski (or summer) vacation! The furnishings are awesome and the whole unit appears totally new! The location is just amazing. Steps from the lifts and food. We even ice skated at night in the gorgeous base village. The owners were awesome and were quick to respond with any questions we had. We had such a good time and would definitely return!!

This trip was the 2nd time we’ve rented this condo and just like the first time, it was perfection! The location of the condo alone- we have kids- is literally above the Treehouse Ski School. It could not have been better. The property is clean, has all the amenities both inside the condo and within the building. In past years, we’ve stayed elsewhere but nothing compares. The check in and check out process is ideal and easy.Thank you Kim(s) for making our holiday perfect!

This condo was perfectly situated for us as it was directly above the ski school where our children were enrolled. The condo was clean and had every amenity. The hot tub was a favourite for the little ones and we loved being in Snowmass for our first white Christmas. Kim was an incredible host, very responsive and met all our needs in such a lovely manner. Thank you Kim! Would definitely recommend to anyone with small children.

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. Located right at the base of Snowmass and within perfect distance of Aspen. It was the perfect landing spot after a long day of adventuring around. I highly recommend this condo!

This unit is really conveniently located. Parking is confusing but the staff is kind and helpful. Good restaurants nearby and at the base of the gondola. Had a little communication issue after booking that was annoying, but they were great about smoothing it over. The apartment is also a lot bigger than it looks in photos. Would definitely stay again, especially in the winter. Perfect ski spot.

This condo was bigger than the photos looked. It’s beautiful with great views, easy access, incredible location at the base of the mountain right next to the gondola. Fabulous area and easy, helpful communication with iTrip.

This condo is super. Pretty much as pictured and the location is sweet- literally steps from the Elk camp condo. On site parking really covenient too. This place met our every need for a spring break ski trip. Kim was speedy and attentive with communication. You don't need to hesitate on this one.

Kim's unit was the best location and just as described. Lovely, newer unit. She was very responsive, and we had a wonderful stay.
