Great Location, spaces are limited

Great place near Aspen and the location couldn't have been better. We made a day trip to Snowmass for a hike and took the back road...beautiful country sights. This place has enough room for our family of 7. The only thing we wish is to have gone later in the summer. We did not realize that Aspen is pretty much shut down during their "off season", from April through the end of June. Although there was less traffic, we would have enjoyed being there during the music festival, farmer's market, and all other fun summer activities. Check out the unlimited free 30 minutes bike rental sponsored by We-Cycle. Don't forget to take the 25 minute drive to the Ice Grotto, a fun place to explore on the way to Independence Pass.

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! It was warm a & inviting space , very clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home! The kitchen was well stocked for the evening’s we decided to stay in and cook. The location was perfect for skiing and easy access to town!We are hopeful that we will be back! Thank you!!!

Great location

Beautiful town home in fantastic Aspen Highlands location with great amenities, great hosts, and wonderful back deck views. A great starting point to ride (we used e-bikes) to Maroon Bells recreation area, and only a short drive into Aspen town center (we walked - about 2 miles, mostly on paved pedestrian/bike paths). There is private off-street parking right in front of the home, and the hosts are extremely helpful with local tips and any assistance needed. Will definitely try to stay here again!

Great place, good value

We rented this place for a ladies weekend for four and had a lovely time. Common space was enough for the four of us to chat the day away and cook, etc. We had everything we needed. The managers were reliable and quick with communication. Space is close enough to town to make that an easy trip for lunch and dinner. Take note that all the bedrooms are either up from the main level, or down from the main level, so take this into consideration if stairs are an issue for you. All in all, we'd rent this condo again. What a fabulous home! So well appointed and the check in process could not have been smoother. Katie was a dream! Love the parking is right in front! Fabulous location. Comfy beds. What more could you ask for?

Convenient location and a great place to stay for a in/out ski vacation.

This nicely appointed condo is right across the street from Aspen Highlands. Easy walk in Ski boots. Spacious floor plan, comfortable furnishings, nice kitchen, multiple decks and ski run views - this is a winner. The 2 parking spaces are big plus. This is the second year we’ve rented this condo and we will absolutely rent it again next year.

Not Worth the Price. The size of the 4th room is tiny and the bed is worse than sleeping on the floor. ITRIP inaccurately put the wrong square footage, and were so rude about it after the fact. The tiny room made the stay very uncomfortable. Also the place is cold the entire time. If you want to feel like you're sleeping in a bathroom sized room go ahead and book. Horrible customer service from Kimberly at ITRIP. Also the wifi was not working and was not even plugged in when we arrived. Had to call them twice to find out where is was. Condo is over priced, avoid ITRIP they will not stand behind their own mistakes. and will blame the customer.

Terrific time is Aspen! Location and amenities are world class. Kim and her support team are super hosts!

Simply put, if we are to return we will look to stay here.

I’m very lucky to be able travel regularly to ski resorts across the world, and over the years, I have learnt that staying in a well-managed home is far more comfortable than a luxury hotel room. Le Chamonix 11 is the perfect example, and is easily a luxe 5-star property in my books, and offering exceptional value in a town that is notorious for being expensive.This property is even better in the photos. The kitchen is generously sized, with a huge gas stove, outdoor BBQ, double-door fridge (with icemaker), water filter, Insinkerator, and appliances galore (electric pancake griddle, food processers etc).We loved the open floorplan with gas fireplace, feather stuffed sofa and generous dining table. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated, and all the table and floor lamps are a lovely touch.Perched above the Roaring Fork River’s lovely sound, this location across the road from Aspen Highlands is hard to beat. We timed the walk in ski boots – 4 minutes. These days we prefer to eat in, and plenty of restaurant and grocery delivery is available to make life easier, but if you really want to head downtown, the bus loop is nearby. The two car spaces directly outside the front door are also super convenient.We booked directly with iTrip, who were supremely accommodating and helpful. I had a couple of enquiries about the property while were staying there, and they responded immediately each time, and they generously assisted me with some personal matters. Lastly, and most importantly in today’s COVID climate, Le Chamonix 11 was immaculately clean. It far exceeded my expectations – from the sparkling cutlery drawer to the shiny bathrooms and the crisp cotton sheets and stacks of towels. iTrip stocks their properties with more than enough consumables, including large pump packs of shampoo, conditioner and lotion, and on our 2 week stay, we never ran out of cleaning and bathroom products.Thanks iTrip Aspen, we had a wonderful stay.

This was an absolutely wonderful condo close to activities with lots of hiking trails right out the front door. Kim was a wonderful host and check-in was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this condo. It’s a fabulous location & plenty of space for our family of 5. It’s a must for great family time and staying in or going out using the buses across the street. The Ritz Carlton is across the street and very nice to eat or relax in as well. We used a private chef one night. Kitchen is equipped for cooking. We will return soon!

Great spot for families or groups. Right across the street from Aspen Highland village and the Aspen Highland ski lifts. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, spacious, clean and Kim was super responsive to all of our needs. We had a problem with the refrigerator (which can happen anywhere) and they not only fixed it asap, but replaced the few things we had already purchased. Amazing customer service. We will definitely be back.

Great place! Kim was very friendly, the place was everything I expected and more, and it goes without saying that Aspen is amazing. Perfect place if you want to ski or just visit the town.

Close to highlands and restaurants and coffee shop and buses a plus. Great common areas, two masters also very nice. Kitchen well appointed and supplied

The rooms were ok but the furniture was too crowded and the sofa looked dirty and had stains.

This condo is right across Maroon Creek Drive from Aspen Highlands - an ideal location for us during ski races there. Well laid out tri-level floor plan and nicely finished and furnished with views of the ski runs in front and a dramatic cliff over Maroon Creek from the rear. Upper and lower patios/decks. The two parking spaces are key as parking get’s tight up there. This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed here and we will return again for sure.
