The property is next to the Skittles gondola and restaurants. It was clean and had extra pillows and linens, a full supply of bath products, and plenty of starter stuff in the kitchen. There wasn't anything it was missing! It is a bit dated but that's just asthetic. It is a very quiet property and I enjoyed my stay!

We chose this place for our ski vacation and it was just perfect for that. The slopes were very close by and it was easy to ski in. Everything was available for an extended stay, full kitchen, ski storage with laundry available, a parking spot and a nice fireplace too. There were lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The property manager was always available and checked in with us to make sure everything was as we needed it to be. Booking, checking in and out was easy. We felt it was worth what we paid and couldn't have been happier with our stay. We would stay again.

We haven’t been this close to the lifts, EVER. This was truly the most convenient location on a mountain we have ever seen. We flew in, shuttled to the base village condo, and walked everywhere, including a short 30 second walk to the village express lift every morning to ski. Back patio pictures are true to scale.

The condo was very clean. There were no issues with any equipment or appliances, and the location was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay here.

Had an amazing time at Kim’s place. Very clean and accessible to Snowmass. The lifts were basically your backyard along with the jacuzzi which was vital for rest. Fireplace was also a great amenity that added a cozy aesthetic. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone

Nos alojamos en esta casa mi familia con la intención de hacer hiking. Muy cerca de Aspen y Maroon bells, así como otros lugares para hacer rutas de senderismo. Supermercado con todo lo necesario muy cerca. La casa es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, a pie de pistas de esquí. Todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar y de baño. Sábanas olían muy bien. Muy útil el deshumidificador. Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable. La comunicación perfecta.

We had a great time here. We were able to get to Aspen easily, and many hikes were available within walking distance from the condo.

Perfect for 3 guests. sparkling clean & well maintained. It was too warm- we called and someone arrived within an hour to troubleshoot the problem

Kim’s place was so peaceful. A few times we stood outside in the beautiful grass, moon up, no wind, and heard…nothing. It was just what we needed. Great time of year to go in late September. Ground floor location makes it easy to walk a few steps to the pool and hot tub, or just sit out on the patio. Kim was always so responsive and easy to work with. Loved this place and would recommend it!

This place really thought of everything you need for a great easy stay, even a sensor nightlight in the bathroom, a welcome basket, and babysitter recommendations!They raise the bar on customer service and responsiveness. I have stayed at many short term rentals and host my own and was really impressed.

It was a great stay. Wish there was AC, but they were great about getting me a fan. No complaints.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay at Snowmass Village. The condo had everything we needed. The location was great and the scenery was wonderful!! We will definitely come back.

Absolutely loved this location and room! It was perfect for our young kids to swim close by and walk from place to place.

Overall the stay was amazing, great location, property was clean and cozy. The only negative is if you don’t rent a car, which I didn’t, and staying here you don’t really need a car with shuttles going around the clock, hauling your own luggage to the condo if you arrive before the checkin time. Adjusting to the altitude and dragging the suitcases and a ski bag was very challenging. Wish there was a service to deliver the bags to the condo.

This place was great! The location is fantastic for skiing and easy to get to SnowMass Mall. The hot tub and pool came in clutch after a day of skiing. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks iTrip!

iTrip and the Lichenhearth 26 unit were great for our ski trip. We skied back easily after lunch and at the end of the day and went directly into the place, and in the morning it was a 1 minute walk over to the main lift or the gondola at Snowmass to get back up the slope.The iTrip Team helped out with a number of items like refilling firewood for the awesome fireplace, extra towels, luggage storage etc. We were very well taken care of.The location was awesome, and the amenities were exactly what we'd hoped for. Our group would certainly come back.

The condo is in the perfect location for access to base village! The view is incredible. Our girls were easily able to walk to ski and snowboarding school. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. We asked for some extra firewood, and it was brought to us in less than an hour! Excellent service and care. Thank for everything! The location, the pricing, the Amenities are all worth the 5 star review. Only technicality I observed was that the fireplace didn’t have enough items to light up, I guess we could have called in the service that they have.All in all one of the best AirBnBs I’ve stayed at!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is just steps from the Snowmass base village. Pool and hot tub were great and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Overpriced for quality. Very run down and dusty/dirty air feeling. The fridge was very loud and there was no air circulation or humidification in the space.

The listing was exactly as advertised! Perfect crash pad for 4 for long days of activities. 15-20 min drive to downtown Aspen, and a few minutes walk to Snowmass Base Village. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Kim and iTrip team were very responsive.

The location could not be better. We walked out our door to the pool, the gondola, lifts and shuttle. Very beautiful view of the mountain. Some noise from construction and landscaping. We enjoyed the fireplace each night with plenty of wood provided by our host. The laundary was also and plus. I would definitely return!

This place was perfect for the four of us including a four and a six year old. The two queen open floor plan was what we needed. The fully equipped kitchen was nicely appointed as were the queen beds and the bedding. The location was perfect. The pool and hot tub a mere feet from our door was such fun for the kids, and access to Aspen and surround areas makes it an ideal place to stay.

Everything you need for an on mountain stay. Really close to the village which has plenty of food options. The condo itself had all the necessary amenities for a long or short stay.

The property was very conveniently located. The beds were super comfortable. The place was clean and well stocked with amenities so we were able to cook meals on site instead of trying to find places to dine out during the off-season. I would definitely recommend the Lichenhearth.

Went to Snowmass for the last weekend of skiing in April with my 17 yr old son. Great place, great location and perfect for the two of us. Have stayed all over Snowmass and Aspen over the last 20 years, this was the best location (and parking)

This was the perfect place to stay for our family (including two energetic boys!). For us, the benefits of this stay were all about convenience and access to everything! We found that we could walk to get anything we needed, even to Clark’s grocery, and rentals, Sky Cab & Village Express lifts, and ski school could not have been closer. Communication with the host was excellent as well. Can’t wait to come back again!

The condo was quiet, clean and extremely well located within the lower village to giving us quick and easy access to the shopping and amenities we were interested in for our young family, such as the ice skating rink, lift ticket office and restaurants. I have been visiting and skiing Snowmass regularly since the mid-1980s, having stayed on just about every part of the mountain. This was one of the most convenient locations I've stayed in and recommend it to anyone or young family looking to maximize their time on skis during their stay. I recommend this place ski in ski put super comfortable for family trip great location parking . The apartment big enough for groups of 4 clean amd very attentive the administration. Will repeat it again! Hopefully soon

We had a super stay at 26 lichenhearth, the location was truly ski in ski out and the building had all the necessities to make our stay amazing. The pool was within steps of the apartment and the laundry just down the hall. We were very comfortable and had the best time. Because there is no central cooling system at times the apartment did get a bit warm so we would just open the sliding door for a short period to cool it down. Overall a fantastic place to stay and super convenient we highly recommend it and will stay there again on our next ski trip.

Location, location, location. Right by the ski lifts and all the amenities. We couldn't be happier with our stay at this wonderful place. Clean and thoughtful to the smallest details. Quiet and safe. The fire-pit was a hit. Can't wait to be back - best memory making place. Thanks so much!

My daughter is working in Aspen for the summer and we came to surprise her for her birthday. It was a wonderful visit and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It was really nice, comfortable, roomy, beautiful location and the checkin/checkout process was seamless. I'd definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Leichenhearth. It is at the bottom of the mountain. Easy ski in and right next to Village Express, Skittles lift and kids ski school. The condo is on the ground floor so we just stored our skis on the patio every day. Loved having a dedicated parking spot and we were pleased with the amenities of the condo for the value. iTrip (the property management group) did an excellent job of communicating and providing support before and during the trip. We would definitely stay there again. One of the best condo locations in Snowmass.

This is our second time at Lichenhearth. We love the location. This unit is definitely warmer than our last thought. Would prefer to be able to control the thermostat ourselves in the future. Would definitely stay again and again.
