Great accommodations in a beautiful place. Perfect space for my family of 5.

The location was great, just a 4 minute walk to a bus stop (free and frequent bus transport!) that took us into Aspen. We stayed during the summer and got to enjoy the pool & hot tub. The room itself was great. Our family of 5 each had a comfortable space for sleeping and eating. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and such.

Our stay was wonderful. Property was very clean, great stocked kitchen, with a fantastic location. Immediate response on a couple of minor issues just added to a fantastic experience with our weekend. We would certainly use again!

Excellent location. Clean. Good property management company with helpful responsive staff. Unit is dated though with worn counters, bathroom tile etc. these are all clearly represented in listed pictures. Of note this compels does not have its own shuttle bus /van like many of the othe complexes at snowmass. Overall had a great stay and unit was exactly as expected.

the condo is right next to the lift! excellent location to the lift, skittles, and shops. the firm mattress was awesome! new black appliances, not the old white ones in the listing. lots of drawer space for your clothing. shower temperature controls are very finicky. quick responses by management. we'd stay here again!

For the most part condo is good but few things could be improved.1. Cooking stove is from depression era, no joke! For ski in ski out condo in Aspen few hundred dollar investment whould bring the kitchen to 2021.2. Fan in the bathroom is extremely loud. Again could be upgraded since the day condo was built. 3. Humidifiers didn't work. Without them air was extremely dry. Other than that, condo is in great location. Thanks for cookies and coffee.Sergio

Everything was great. Place was small and cozy. Stay was great and comfortable. Had a great time and felt like at home during our stay. Attention from the crew was great and answered our questions asap during our stay. Thank you for a great week and an enjoyable vacation. Would definitely go through them again for future vacations and stays.

Lovely place right next to the village express lift

I got overbooked by my hotel and Kim was able to get us all set up and taken care of within an hour! They sent us so much information on all booking details so we were all set! Would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay in this condo. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our family of 4, and our daughters really loved the bunk beds! This is a great location for hitting the slopes! The management company was responsive and accommodating. Looking forward to our next trip to -Snowmass Village!

Clean, cozy, quiet. Exactly as advertised. Gets very good morning light in the summer time which was a nice little bonus. Was a little hesitant to stay at a ski resort in the summer time, but there was a lot to do and Snowmass felt very much alive.

Property was exactly what was shown online. Property management contacted us to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. Great area, very clean, everything was great! Would highly recommend!

Great location right next to the base area, lovely hot tub and pool, kitchen had everything we needed, comfy beds - had to buy an extra parking pass during ski season.

This is a fantastic unit with sunrise views of the mountains and steps away from the base village and village express lift!Kitchen well stocked and lots of storage space for your stuff. Balcony was great and fireplace too!

Do not recommend staying at Lichenhearth 31. Owners have not updated the unit since the 1970s—literally—except for the carpet which is from 1990s and frayed with accumulated wear/tear and filth. Disgusting. We didn’t want to walk on it unless we had shoes on. For this high price point, unit #31 condo is a total rip-off. Kitchen is cramped and seriously dated. We had no desire to cook in it. Kitchen supplies are limited to basics only. Absolutely nothing fancy at all. Plumbing fixtures throughout are REALLY old and not functional in a modern sense—think 1960s plumbing you’d find in a janitor’s closet of an old school. We could not get hot/cold water temperature regulated in the disgusting yellow tile shower. As a result, we were either freezing or scalded hot—and temperature changed without notice mid-shower. Fun! (One and only toilet and shower are in the same tiny cramped room.) Heat/cool thermostat control was so old that I couldn’t read the temperature setting. Digital HVAC control? No way, …try circa 1968 plastic slider thing that we played with for a few days to find the right temperature. Ridiculous. Bunk bed is jammed in next to the king bed. The whole condo is tight, very congested with furniture. Pictures are deceiving. Really only comfortable space for 2-3 people. Bunk is not safe/secure. Ladder was flimsy and broke (son was injured). Mattresses are really firm foam and NOT comfortable. We spent five restless nights and couldn’t wait to leave for a hotel. Unit is advertised as ski in/ski out but that is a misrepresentation. It is ski in/walk about 35 yards out and up a slight grade to lift. Don’t let iTrip and the owners take your money on this overpriced, cramped studio dump.

Property and location was fantastic for my wife and I and our three children (13, 10, 7). Ski in/ski out was perfect for getting out early and warming up and eating lunch at midday. We had a minor issue with the hot water in the shower but the property manager directly contacted a plumber to come in, after hours, and correct the issue. We skied until the lifts closed, built a fire in the evenings, cooked in the condo, and watched movies after dinner. Wonderful experience!

It was just perfect for us! Family of 4! The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen it was small but you have everything you need. My boys enjoyed the hot tub. The location was perfect. Thank you

The unit was cozy and offered a nice Mountain View. It was right in the center of snowman’s and not too far up the hill. We could have stayed all summer. We loved it so much! Hopefully next year!

Comfortable stay at a prime location. Steps away from gondola to upper village restaurants and shops. The shuttle stop to Aspen is short walk away. I would stay here again.

Condo was fantastic, just as described. Lodging was extremely clean, orderly and in a great location. We had a fantastic ski trip, the main ingredient being the lodging. We had a couple of minor needs while we were there and the management of iTrip‘s responded promptly and took care of our requests in no time flat. Looking forward to going back!

Katie, the representative was on top of providing information before and during the stay. The location is terrific. Would stay there again in the future. Ron Hewson

First I really want to highlight that what we saw in the pictures is exactly what we got. Sometimes pictures are from a time when the property was newer and then you get there and it's a bit beat up. Not the case here. It was lovely, cozy, comfortable and everything was exactly as described. The property was clean, very well kept and we had everything we needed. We had blankets, pillows, excellent wifi, a fully working kitchen with all kinds of utensils, super comfy couch and decorative pillows. The view from the balcony/small terrace was amazing and took my breath away every morning. Everything was perfect. We had a couple of questions (where's the thermostat, questions about trash etc) and we got a very quick response, very stress-free excellent service.

This unit was walking distance to everything in the Village. The provided fans worked great and we never even noticed the lack of A/C during our late July stay. The unit was exactly the way it looks in pictures too!

There were a couple kitchen things that weren't in the unit that we needed. Owner/manager bought new items and delivered them within 24hrs. Great customer service!

This was a truly great great surprise to see how close we were to the lift.... The condo was spot on, very well organised, practical, easy to live in and big enough!The owners were so great! The place was really clean! Had a map for us to see what was around. The place looked exactly how it was described plus they also had games for us to play! Owner checked in with us to make sure everything was going well! They were very attentive to making sure we had a great stay!

Great location very close to village and lifts. Fireplace is awesome. Having laundry at no cost in the building is also very convenient.

Great condo and great location!

This all in one condo is tastefully decorated and the furniture arranged to separate sleeping, sitting, and kitchen space. The view of the twinkling Aspen leaves is attractive and peaceful. Any concerns are resolved quickly by support staff. Enjoy this outstanding mountain village setting.

Everything was good but the beds in The condo are super firm. I woke up every night around 2:00 and could not get comfortable to fall back asleep. My shoulders are sore from sleeping here. I would not stay their again.

The property is in a great location, very quiet, great hot tub/pool area for after skiing but, very dated. I felt it was over priced for the condition it was in.

Very professional host, clear instructions, lots of follow up. All as expected, good value, incredible location. Will stay again!
