This is such a great location for heading out to different activities and places to go in the area. Great balcony with view of the mountain, felt private. We can’t recommend enough. What really stands out is Kim’s friendly “quick” responses to any questions we had, even prior to our trip. We could tell she wanted everything to be perfect and it was!

This was a great condo to stay at in Snowmass! Excellent layout, SUPER clean and had everything we needed! Access to a shuttle to Aspen was available, but we ended up driving as we were carrying lots of gear back and forth to a tournament there every day. The Kitchen was very well appointed, everything needed to cook an entire meal - including sharp knives (which are nearly always of poor quality in other rentals we have stayed at). Washer/dryer worked great and the shower was quite nice, including ample supplies of bath products and linens. The bed was comfy and there were several different pillow densities to chose from. Our only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub weren't available due to repairs, especially since that was the main reason why we picked this listing. However, we understand these things can't always be guaranteed and we appreciated that the management team notified us prior to arrival. They were very promptly responsive to all communications. They also offered a bit earlier check in & later check out when requested, which was nice. Overall, we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you!

We stayed for a week of hiking in the Snowmass/Aspen area, and found this condo to be the perfect location. The skittles skycab was a quick walk, making it easy to get quick meals in both of the Snowmass Village locations. It was an easy drive to Aspen for the ballet and more dinner options. The condo was clean and well stocked. The one bedroom layout was perfect for us - one of us sleeps late :). There was quite a lot of furniture that filled up the main living space. It was a bit tight, but fine for two people.

Great slope-side location, very well equipped condo.

Fantastic location, can walk right out the back to the village and/or Gondola to the upper village (mall area). Can also ski right down to the place.

We come to Snowmass every year and stay somewhere different every time. This condo has been my favorite place yet and will definitely see if it's available next time! Really is the perfect location in the Village. Great communication and accommodations by iTrip!

What a wonderful condo. It was immaculately clean and had everything that I needed during my stay. The layout of the condo was very convenient with ample space. Just a short walk to skiing and the Snowmass Base Village.

I was visiting family in Aspen. Unit location convenient for buses. Unit nice and a good size for a couple or small family. I liked that the building is low key. Good mountain vibe. Good price point

Everything about the unit was just as described. We could not have been happier with the accommodations and would definitely stay again in the future. Highly recommend 10/10!!

It was perfect for us. We loved having a washer and drier in our room, when we needed an extra fan we had one at our door in less than an hour. We will definitely be back.

The condo is in a great location to allow for different activities. There is a LOT of storage for a one bedroom unit, and the kitchen is well-stocked. It did get a bit warm during the day, but there is a fan (and humidifier) available, and the evenings were perfect. And there's is so much natural light coming in through the windows. It was also really nice to be able to do laundry while we were there. Would definitely stay again!

A convenient and efficient place to stay. Close to the People Mover and the ski lift. And an efficient well decorated an well syocked condo. Five pleasant days here.

It was a pleasure to work with you. You were quick to respond to my questions, and very professional. You made the condo rental easy. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We liked the location -- close to Anderson Ranch where I was taking a workshop -- as well as to the Base mall and gondola riding up to the higher malls. You may want to look at the bathroom air extractor. It seemed noisy to me. Thank you so much.

The condo was very comfortable and Kim’s staff responses were timely and knowledgeable. Comments on the fireplace: it takes more than a few sticks of fatwood to gets fire started! Like a lot of paper! And a tower of firewood. Get it going and you’ll have a cozy fire.

Great location. One of our favorite places to stay. Easy in and out from the Base Village.

Week starting Feb 25, 2023. This condo is exceptionally nice, well appointed and well stocked. Nice closet set-up, kitchen, laundry room and bedroom and closet. Also the bathroom was exceptional. Access to the ski lift is close and easy. The iTrip team (Josh) was super responsive with any questions and concerns. We have rented with iTrip and at Lichenhearth previously and will continue to do so.

Wonderful location, quickly on the slopes. And we had a wonderful time and would stay again. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Following are minor gripes. For the cost, I expected better maintenance and furnishings. Such easy fixes, for the cost of one night all these could be fixed. Some lights are out, and none of the ceiling lights match which is just sloppy and gives a low-rent feel, some LED some not, many not working. The stove top is clearly broken, left burners don't work and have clearly been broken for a while. They give enough fire starters for one, maybe 2 fires, despite a week's long stay. Again, minor things, but at premium costs these things should be taken care of.

We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back next year! Ski in and Ski out location is perfect and close to all the action. I Trip vacations was very responsive, check in process was super easy! Thank you for the bottle of champagne for our New Year celebrations. Everything was absolutely perfect!The big negatives fire alarm went off one morning for 30 minutes before it was turned off and the elevator didn’t work half of our stay. Not expected for a place that is this expensive.

This is a great property for two people. Four could fit, but it would be tight. Great location, especially if you want to ski. There were a couple issues with appliances during our stay, which should now be fixed. Overall great stay. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with our condo at Lichenhearth Snowmass. It is tastefully decorated…is in excellent condition…and is clean and well kept. The appliances are in great condition as are the kitchen tools, dishes, glassware, etc. The property in general is well cared for…..that includes the hallways and common areas.We were pleased with the communication with VRBO and with itrip vacations. They were interested in having everything go well for us. We’d love to go back soon!Sharon DeClerck

Our stay was perfect. Condo was in a very convenient location to transit and to the village center. Great amenities and the communication was spot on. The shower was hot and powerful and the bed comfy. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Great spot. Very clean. Extremely accurate description and well stocked unit. A bit bright in the early morning (summer) but cooler in the afternoon and evening with no direct sun. Would def rent again.

This is a great property for a couple. Very comfortable and with a good location to all things Snowmass. The in unit laundry was wonderful. It was a great get away.

This condo is in a great location with quick access to the village. Communications with the management company were thorough and timely. The space was very clean, the bed was comfy, and I found the kitchen well suited for my needs. I’d book this spot again if I return to the area.

The property was clean, well maintained and exactly as described. We were very happy with the condo, the pool and the location. I loved the comfy bed linens (not the cheap hotel type). The property faces the street side - not a problem with the view or privacy due to the trees, but noisy with the windows open. If visiting in the warmer months and you like to have the windows open, I’d recommend a unit with an even number.

This stay was exactly as described. Our host was absolutely wonderful and could not have been more accommodating. Highly recommended!

We were very impressed with this gorgeous condo. The photos perfectly depicted the updated unit, and it was in great condition. We loved being able to walk a few steps to the Village Express lift in the mornings, and ski right back to our condo in the afternoons. The wood burning fireplace was a nice touch, and it was already stocked with kindling and firewood. Loved the full kitchen and comfy living room, and the separate king bedroom and bath were lovely. We would love to stay here again next year! Check in was super easy with simple instructions emailed to me, and the free covered parking was also very handy. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice condo, the fireplace is very warming and there is plenty of firewood to keep it going. The condo is ski in but you must walk about 25 yards up a slight hill to access the lifts. Convenient to the base village. I would highly recommend this condo.

This was an excellent experience. Easy booking, touchless check in, everything was neat and clean. We stayed there with one more friend. Nice unit, clean and well-stocked. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. Short walk to the slopes, and pretty much ski-in to the building door. Comfortable bed, with sufficient closet space. It is close to the hot tub and pool. It could use a few more hooks to hang coats.

The place is at a great location. We could just walk to the Snowmass base camp. The view from the apartment is beautiful. The apartment had all the amenities and the host made sure the house was clean. The hosts were prompt in their communication.

Great stay. Well maintained unit and building. The pool and hot tub were nice amenities to have. Also, the grill was a big asset. The unit gets lots of light, particularly in the morning. There are no black out shades in the bedroom so you will definitely want to bring an eye mask with you. It’s bright.Otherwise it was a really terrific stay!

The condo was great and perfect for our family of four. Our boys did not mind sleeping on the pull out couch and they said the bed was fairly comfortable. The kitchen was sell stocked, plenty of pillows and sheets/blankets for the whole family and the in unit laundry was a huge plus, especially for a ski trip. although it was on the third floor, the elevator and stairs was easy enough to use and the ski locker room to store ski/boards on the bottom floor was a big plus. It is a bit of an older building and the hot tub was just ok, but the heated pool is plenty big. The wood burning fire place was a nice touch but they did not supply nearly enough fire wood and fire starters. We had to ask for more several times. The only negative things I would share was the lack of a dedicated shuttle for the complex as many other condo complexes do have their own dedicated shuttle for the owners/users. Also, they do not replenish toilet paper, so all you get is what it there. I thought that was really cheap and for a week for a family of four, they either should replenish same on demand or just keep it stocked for the week. I was shocked when they told us they would not bring any more for the price we paid. Overall, great place and perfect location near the base, but just the two issues I mentioned where the only negatives.
