It's hard to argue with the location of this condo, which is an easy 4 block walk to the Aspen Mountain gondola, and the heart of downtown Aspen. I just wish a little more T&C/Updating could be put into the property, which feels a bit tired and worn. Fireplace wasn't functional when we were there (and we were compensated for this surprise by the hosts) and lots of other things seemingly barely functional (fan in one of the bathrooms didn't seem to work, door stops falling off of doors, noisy-but-still-doing-its-job heater, etc.). Having said all that, the place did the trick for a ski week vacation. If you're not looking for classy, and want a place to stay in downtown, this isn't a bad option.

Perfect location in Aspen. Close to everything in town. Great management and communication. Property is nice and a bit dated.

The location of the condo at Little Nell #10 is perfect. It's walking distance to the gondola and all restaurants in Aspen. The 3 bedrooms worked perfectly and there is plenty of room in the condo. I would recommend cleaning the couch and not having an assigned parking place is an inconvenience.

Very centrally located to town and City Market grocery store. was also nice being located next to Glory Hole park.

This condo is in a great location. It is easy to walk into town andparking is easy. The condo is a bit dated but has everything you need. The beds are ok and the bathrooms are small. The deck iscomfortable to sit out and read with a stream of water just below.

Location of the condo is excellent! The Ajax Gondola in about a 7 minute walk and the bus station is less than a 10 minute walk. The bus station is extremely convenient and takes you to all of the Aspen Ski Resorts including Snowmass. There is a lot of space in the condo and the outdoor porch is great for taking on and off ski boots and gear. Kim is extremely responsive and very helpful with providing information about Aspen.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Little no condominium number 10. It’s very well equipped and kitchen living room. Dining room is spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend it because of it new remodeling and a wonderful location.

The condo location is ideal next to a park with duck pond and very short walk to grocery store, shops and gondola. The open living kitchen area is very bright with many windows. The renovated kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay!

The Little Neil Condo 10 was modern and recently renovated. That is difficult to find in Aspen. It’s located right in the middle of every Aspen has to offer. You can easily walk to the gondola. The management company helped with any issues we had and was very responsive!

Great place to stay. The no parking was not a problem as their was plenty of street parking right outside. The place was super clean, all of the living space and kitchen was great quality furniture and some nice touches on premium appliances for cooking, etc. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Our one big issue is there are thermostats in each room which are super bright and cannot turn off the light at night. Hopefully they can get those fixed.

The location is perfect. It is a couple blocks away from the main City Market grocery store. It is walking distance to everything. Great street parking right near the condo is easy to find. The porch at the house looks out to gorgeous aspens and established trees. The Ute Avenue trail is easily accessible right behind the house with a small pond to sit out by, if you choose to.

The rental was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and within a very short walk to grocery store, town shops, and gondola lift. The view out of the dining area and covered deck is spectacular of huge Aspen trees and the mountain side. There is a babbling creek running next to the unit. There is also a park and stream behind the unit with ducks and huge trees which can be seen from one of the bedrooms. I didn’t want to leave the place! Kitchen was fully stocked with a gas stovetop. No air-condition at the place, yet there were fans and great windows to open up for circulation. The rental exceeded my expectations in many ways. Rental was on second floor with stairs on the side of the building. The Property management staff was great and helpful.

Enjoyed this rental in Aspen and didn’t want to leave! Great location for a quick walk to town, gondola, and grocery store, yet the area was quiet. There were especially beautiful views out dining room and covered deck area. There is a babbling creek next to the unit and a small park behind the unit. Saw a raccoon pass by the area. Kitchen was fully stock with a gas stovetop. The beautifully decorated rental has all the comforts of home. The rental is on the second floor with some stairs to climb. Rental has washer dryer, good size closets, and chest of drawers. Bed linens were exceptional. Had plenty of blankets and throws in addition to the good floor heaters. No A/C, yet the large windows can help circulate the air. Property management staff was very responsive and helpful. A paradise rental for sure!

Great location, great layout, great natural lighting. The convince of this condo can not be overstated, we could spy the gondola through the trees.

The unit was in a great location, we were able to talk to the lifts each day, as well as all the restaurants and bars in town. Would certainly stay there again

Great location for walking to the lifts, dinner and shops. Although old, the condo has been maintained well. Master bed is quite comfortable. The 2 twin beds would be best for kids are small adults, not for big men. There is no dresser in that room, only a small closet. The bunk room is comfortable. The management is wonderful - helpful, nice and very responsive. The windows make the living room feel much bigger and we loved the view of Ajax mountain. Had a fun time! Be sure you can walk up stairs as there is no elevator.

Nice by older condo. Two twin beds are not for big adults. The top bunk would be difficult for an adult too. Condo has everything you need for winter or summer. Super helpful management. Good view of Ajax.

We stayed here for almost two months. It was wonderful. Location can’t be beat. A lot of natural light and views of park with duck pond. A short walk to Ajax for skiing or to the market, dining, anything. The unit was spotless upon arrival and has all of the amenities to make you feel right at home. Host was awesome. Responded immediately to questions during stay. Would highly recommend and we will be back for sure!! Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay in Aspen. Property is very well located, was clean and well-appointed. The management team was great. Parking lot was being repaved during our stay and they secured us a city parking permit right away. Proximity to city market and Herron Park were perfect as we had children with us. Quiet block, lovely location next to a small pocket park.

We had a wonderful stay at the Little Nell #10. Condo was clean and well appointed for our group of 3 adults and 2 children. The location next to the pond was quiet and peaceful. Proximity to City Market and Herron Park also great, especially when traveling with kids. The team was responsible and helpful. When the parking lot was being repaved, they immediately procured a city parking permit for us to park on the street during the repaving. Would revisit.

The apartment is wonderful and roomy with a great and private deck. Location is fantastic - 5 minutes walk to grocery store, under ten minutes to center of Aspen. We were not there in the winter but it is only 3 blocks from the gondola for skiing (which you can see from the deck btw).

The condo was perfect for what we needed. Our long weekend was spent mostly at events, the condo was a great place to come back to and crash out. The patio was wonderful, looking out at the trees with a comfortable seating area.

Amazing host and epic location! We walked everywhere and hiking the Ute Trail right behind the house is a must!

A quick walk to everything Aspen has to offer. Large balcony/deck for relaxing and reading. A well equipped kitchen and lots of towels.

The Little Nell condos helped make our family trip super enjoyable and relaxing. Three great bedrooms and two efficient bathrooms. The living room was super comfortable and the kitchen was great. What made the space, however, was the outdoor sitting area. We spent many evenings listening to the rain fall and the babble of a small brook that runs next to the condo. Additionally, the condo was located in quiet area a few blocks east of the central district. We would recommend others check-out Little Nell condos if they are planning a trip to Aspen.

This unit is perfect for families or friends. A quick walk to everything Aspen offers. A well equipped kitchen and lots of fluffy towels. The deck is private and the perfect place to relax and read. The back yard is a park with a small stream. ITrip is very responsive. A dripping faucet was fixed the same day I reported it.

Great location; very clean. Property managers were super responsive - like having a concierge for info on hikes, etc. They made sure we had everything we needed and a smooth check in.

Had a wonderful time staying at Kim's condo near downtown Aspen. The location is awesome and relaxing on the deck with the sound of the nearby stream was fabulous.

5 minute walk to the base of Ajax and the gondola. Fantastic location for the grocery store as well. Clean, a well stocked and appointed; a bit dated in the kitchen (if you care about that in a rental I don't know what to tell you LOL!) which helps to keep the price down. Has everything you need and then some. Will definitely come back and stay again! Five stars.

Very responsive management to this condo that lives bigger than its square footage. Kitchen is fully stocked with great quality gear. Like new washer and dryer. Fabulous porch! Great views of the park and duck pond!

We’ve been going to Aspen for 40 years and have stayed lots of places. Condo 10 at Little Nell is among the top of our list - the location couldn’t be better for quick access to dining/shopping, yet it’s so quiet and peaceful next to the creek and park. We highly recommend!

This condo is ideally located. Just walking distance to downtown Aspen and all the main trails but in a quiet spot. The property is well equipped and has everything you need. Just sometimes hard to find it all. We were still finding new items the day we left.The balcony overlooking the park was great and we enjoyed being out there. A really great additional feature

GREAT location in the heart of Aspen, very close to the gondola, the Little Nell, etc. The hosts were very helpful and communicative, and the place is in great shape, extremely clean, and very cozy. A really lovely place to enjoy all that Aspen has to offer!

This 3-bedroom condo is clean, well-maintained and a short walk (5 minutes) from the center of Aspen. While there are a few features that could stand upgrading, for a rental property, it’s really great. The property manager is very accessible and friendly. Our family of five would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a great little property within walking distance of shops/restaurants in Aspen. It has a great wrap around covered porch that we would have loved to use but it was pretty cold and snowing while we were there. It had a fireplace as well which we were able to use. We also brought our firestick and were able to connect that in to the TV. Great place and would use it again if we come back up!

This place is simply fantastic! The views of Ajax from the deck are prime and it is so lovely being right next door to the park and all of the ducks in the pond. The location is perfect: walk to the resort, the grocery store, or the heart of downtown in under 8 mins. Our hosts were fantastic and checked in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. Big shout out to Kim for all of her amazing service. Aspen is the best and this is a fantastic place to stay. We plan on returning.

Loved the proximity to the town of Aspen! Easy to walk to restaurants, shops and market. Very clean and comfortable condo. Private location with pretty views. Very roomy for a family group of 7 adults. Enjoyed the large dining table and comfortable living room that fit all of us!

We absolutely loved being in this home. Such a lovely setting and great deck area. Tranquil yet so central. Perfect for families. Our only complaint was the bunk bed wasn’t the most comfortable and was a bit noisy each time you moved. Otherwise everything was terrific!

We loved our stay in Aspen, largely in part to this great property. You can walk to the grocery store and downtown in no time, and the property managers are incredible. We had an issue with the cable not working, and the property manager sent someone out the next morning! Super fast and responsive! You will want to check out the cupboard before shopping, in case they already have what you need.We loved our stay here and will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!
