Great location and easy, comfortable place to stay. Only downside was that the pool and hot tub were closed already.

This property was very disappointing. The carpeting is filthy. It needs new carpeting or wood on the first floor. The master bedroom and bath have been updated and they were nice. There’s a large shower in the master bath, which was used by my kids also, because the other bathroom is also tired and cramped. The pool is nice, but the lounge chairs are torn and ratty. Overall, not worth the money.

Location was the key of our enjoyment. We were right at the base of the hill with ski-in ski-out access. itrip did have a challenge of a city wide gas outage the first two days but they communicated well and did everything they could for us including getting us lots of firewood. Accommodations were ultimately very comfortable. This particular property needs to do upgrades as the decor and some small maintenance items need to be taken care of. Also we were disappointed in the spa (inside, dark and not up to date) and the fact that the association does not spend the money to open the pool outside in the winter as many properties in Aspen do.

We loved the location and having three bedrooms. The only issues were that the air conditioning wasn't really air conditioning...more like a fan. Our master bedroom was pretty warm the entire stay. Also, the outside patio had a very small table with two chairs. Three bedroom units should have a table that would at least sit 4 people.

A great and quiet location, ideal for a family as the kids can play directly out the front of the lounge. There is a great path of the patio which with snow is an ideal sledding track for the kids and adults. Only a short walk to the city market and easily accessible to the buses.When issues occur and they do - Kim will respond and that makes a difference.

Amazing hosts and beautiful place!

Kim and her staff were responsive and quick to answer questions. We had one issue with parking that was immediately addressed and that was not any one’s fault. Completely satisfied.

What a fantastic place to stay! The view was incredible, easy to ski in/out, short walk to the main restaurants, bars, shops, lift. The place was well provisioned, super clean, comfortable beds. Hot tub was a 10 second walk away. The host was very responsive and proactively communicated. Would absolutely stay here again!

Was a great spot to stay at. The location is right on Ajax mountain so waking up to see it snowing with the Skiers on the Lift was super peaceful. Would highly recommend staying there if you could.

Mountain Queen was a perfect setting for our friends ski trip. Close walk to the gondola, or shuttle buses to nearby mountains. And easy walk into town for dinner, drinks, dancing, shopping and more. Layout of the house was perfect for our group of 6, with plenty of bathrooms, ample living room/hangout area and kitchen for cooking big meals. House is solid and cozy with all modern amenities--from bluetooth speaker and flat screen TVs to big generous windows to take in the view.Looking forward to a future stay.

Loved the condo, it has everything you can need. Walking distance to everything. Walking out of the condo and straight into the lift was the best. Overall amazing property, looking forward to staying here again.

My husband & I spent Thanksgiving week in this unit & had such a wonderful trip! The property is very nice & the iTrip team are the best in the business! We have now stayed with them quite a few trips & look forward to booking our next one! MQ1 is easy access to lifts & anywhere you want to go in town is a short walk. 5 stars!

The condo is very nice and spacious! Kim was responsive and very helpful. We loved the beautiful views of the mountains and nice bedrooms. The walk up to the condo has a steep hill which was a bit of a challenge with a baby stroller. We had a great stay here!

The more advanced skiers were able to utilize the ski in ski out feature of the home, but it was just as easy to walk down the street with our skis to the base of Aspen mountain where the main gondola is located. We were also able to easily walk to the bus stations to access the other mountains. I would highly recommend this condo and would most definitely stay here again. The hosts were incredibly attentive and responsive with any questions we had.

This is a really excellent apartment to stay in Aspen with plenty of comfort and great views. If you ski Aspen mountain you can ski in and out from the door. It is also really well managed property with very quick responses and help.

We had an amazing time. The views are incredible from the living room. The location was great for skiing and walking to town. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was outfitted with everything and didn’t lack for anything. All in a great choice.

This unit was a great location for skiing Ajax. Parking was easy and the place was clean. It could use some updating with newer furniture, but overall it worked for our guys ski trip.

This location and property were fantastic, the communication and ease of check in and out were top notch. My group of friends spent years finding discount properties at small mountains while we were in training and wanted to “up the ante” now that we have our careers. The location for skiers is top notch and the amenities (unfortunately hot tub was closed) are great. We loved the bedrooms and group room and a stocked kitchen for gathering at the end of the day. The price was almost unbelievable for what you get. We would love to come back l! (And for those experienced skiers - this mountain is SO fun).

Great place will definitely stay there again

We had a wonderful time at Mountain Queen, it was disappointing the sauna and spa were under renovation but we knew about that in advance. The house was cozy and clean with very comfortable beds and nice linen. The kitchen was well supplied and when I asked about a separate chopping board for meats it was delivered the next day. We had 7 in the house and it was perfect. Access to the lift was so easy and you can ski back to the apartment at the end of the day, perfect location.

This was our fourth Thanksgiving at the Mountain Queen condominium complex.The location to all Aspen's popular restaurants and outdoor facilities are one of the reasons we choose Mountain Queen. Along with those reason are the quiet proximity to the mountain and the quality of the condo. Clean well appointed describe our experiences. You can't go wrong with this fairly priced experience.

We rented this property for the week of our daughter's wedding on Aspen mountain. The location was excellent for attending dinners & entertainment associated with the wedding...all within walking distance. The condo was spacious, immaculate & well supplied. Our host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The pool in front of our condo was enjoyed by all. We highly recommend this property & would return! Thank you for a lovely week.

The property was exactly what was advertised. A nice three bedroom three bathroom right off of the lift. The wood fireplaces were a nice touch and perfect in the evenings.

Kim's place is wonderful. Impeccably clean, beautiful, exactly like the pictures and the best location I've ever stayed in Aspen. Minutes away from everything. And her communication was incredible. She was attentive, always available and very communicative. I can't recommend this place enough. Will definitely be coming back again. Thanks Kim!

Our family of four stayed here four nights over New Years and had such a wonderful time! Our two teenagers loved the convenience and proximity to the 1A chair lift, as well as town. Parking can often be a burden in Aspen, especially during the holidays. The location of this condo, along with its dedicated parking garage, made it very simple for us to bundle up and walk to the gondola, lunch, even our friends' home. We would definitely stay at this lovely property again!

The Mountain Queen #1 is the perfect ski in/out location and is an end unit for more privacy. My family enjoyed the unit as it is nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. Rented this place for my bachelorette party with 5 friends and it was beyond perfect. It actually looked better than in the pictures. Only thing was the the hill you had to go up and down to reach the complex, but if you want a ski-in ski-out property then a hill is inevitable. I will definitely be back.

The furnishings were in good condition and semi- upscale. very comfortable place. The property manager was very responsive. Wonderfully close to Chair 1 Lift. The only negative was that the bath, attached to the downstairs bedroom, had no shower or tub.

We stayed in this house for a family vacation (2 parents, 2 kids, 2 grandparents) and found the accommodations to be excellent. The unit had plenty of natural light and great mountain views. We also thoroughly enjoyed being able to access the pool from our front door. The location is also an easy walk into town (though the walk up the hill back from town may leave you a little winded!). We can't wait to stay here again sometime.

This is a great ski in/out location for Ajax. Walking distance to everything. We really liked the set up as we brought a nanny and it was nice to have some separation from eachother.

Great condo. Comfortable, spacious, right on the slopes. The light coming in is beautiful and so is the view of the mountains! Ski on, ski off! So convenient! it's very clean and well appointed. We had a great time!

We rented this condo for our family elopement in Redstone. Condo was beautiful and the fall colors this time of year are spectacular. The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies and we had plenty of room for our daughters and parents. Kim and Kimberly were always very responsive as we were making plans for the event!A bonus - super close to down town and great restaurants. Loved it!

This place was amazing!!! Such an unbelievable area. The views walking into the pool area were so nice. Getting to watch the nature from the living room. People hiking up and down the mountain. What a nice home to unwind at and close to so many activities. We wish we stayed longer!!

This property was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need for any meal preparation - even high quality, (and well sharpened) cutlery! The heated pool was an added bonus. The owners responded immediately to my questions. The views were lovely and the location was very convenient to the downtown area as well as the mountain trails. Be prepared to research parking and/or public transportation if you are driving to Aspen. There usually seems to be multiple construction projects going which limits the already tight parking situation of this little mountain town.
