We spent a week in Aspen and this property was fantastic!

All of our needs were met the minute we stepped into the property. We had a dedicated parking spot, the kitchen was stocked with every cooking/serviing item, the three spacious bathrooms were stocked with towels and shower gels, and the master bed was very comfortable. It was like being at home, but with a backyard view of Aspen Mountian! We plan to return to this property soon.

Jacuzzi in the house was not working. Sauna room is not available till next year.

Mountain Queen 5 is a great ski condo (5 star). Clean, nicely renovated well managed. Property manager was VERY responsive when we had an issue as we arrived with the refrigerator. The condo facility itself though is old and not easy to navigate. Many outside steps that can’t be avoided. Some with no handrails.

Loved the condo, was great for our family of 4 on a ski vacation, would recommend to anyone.

Our stay was very comfortable. Perfect amount of space for our family. The open kitchen where we fixed several meals. Kitchen is well appointed Bedrooms were very spacious.

The listing is spot on. No surprises and plenty of communication prior to check in for easy planning. Kitchen is well planned for dining in, there were 6 of us. Walking distance to town (summer)We would definitely stay here again. Everyone was super friendly and helpful

Our family of 5 had an amazing college spring break ski trip with our adult children at Aspen at Mountain Queen! This Minnesota family finally made the trip that was originally scheduled for March of 2020. iTrip was great with communication, and Mountain Queen #5 was the perfect landing spot for our stay. Amazing views from the condo and it had everything we needed! We prepared all our own meals and appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was! Everyone enjoyed skiing all four mountains during our stay, and our son's highlight was the solo trip he made to ski Highland Bowl! I highly recommend Mountain Queen #5 and iTrip!

The apartment was super clean. The location, the interior design, the little thoughtful details, the instant responses from iTrip, the views, the slopeside location ... all was absolutely perfect. Can't wait to be back.

This is a lovely, updated, clean property that was perfect for our plans in Aspen. We were walking distance to all that we wanted in town. We had great views of the Ajax mountain. We couldn't have asked for more.

This condo was everything we wanted, lovely, clean, updated and great location. We would return here in the future. I would have to agree with an earlier review that there are lots of stairs getting to condo but was not an issue with our family and the view and location were well worth the extra stairs!

We had a wonderful stay thanks to the Aspen iTrip Team! The were so helpful and had excellent communication. The unit was just perfect. So clean, great views, very comfortable, well stocked, and quiet location. We appreciated the comfortable beds, spacious master bath, high ceilings, grand windows, 2 balconies, and lovely design & decor. We enjoyed the pool & tennis courts at Mountain Queen, explored on we-cycles and hikes nearby. It's just a short walk to the Aspen Mountain gondola & amazing restaurants. We highly recommend!

Overall great property in a super convenient location with nice amenities. Only troubling bit was neighbors at the restaurant next-door decided to power wash their building which created for some noisy nights but certainly not the fault of the property itself. Check in process was a little tricky to not know the address ahead of time, but ultimately great customer service and communication.Would definitely recommend to stay again.

A very nice place to stay.Clean, comfortable.Shadow Mountain lift is visible from the balcony and its a quick 3 minute walk to catch the lift.Narrow pathway on the R side of the building near the lower stairway will get you there. Very prompt communication with host when we had a question, but we never had any problems.Everything in Aspen is in walking distance, but it is a bit of a climb back to the condo if you walk. Would stay here again.

I want to thank the whole team at iTrip. They are a fantastic group of folks who want your experience to be wonderful. The unit was clean, well stocked, organized and exactly as advertised. There were a couple of hiccups and they were dealt with promptly! ITrip also accommodated my change requests and helped me with a couple of issues I had getting to Aspen! They genuinely care about giving personalized care. We will use them again for our next skiing trip!

All in all a great condo! Enjoyed the view and fireplace the most. Would stay there again!

Our unit was modern, very clean and perfect for families (we have two toddlers). The kitchen was large and great for meals for our kids. The view from the living room of the mountain is beautiful. It was a short walk to town and the park which made it very convenient. I would stay here again.

The night before check out from our 11 day stay, I received no less than 6 emails and texts almost demanding that we leave the condo 10:00 promptly the next morning . A bit excessive, don’t you think? Well, the next morning arrives and at EXACTLY 10:00am, there is a knock on the door and the cleaning lady is there to tell me I need to leave now. I responded by explaining that we are in the process of pulling our ski bags out now and we will be finished within a few minutes. At 10:05am we were out of the condo and moving our bags to our car. 15 minutes later, we’re about 5 minutes from the airport and we receive a call from the management company, screaming at us that he understands we are still in the unit and demanding that we leave immediately! Say what?? Moral of the story is the management company made us feel like criminals and treated us in a condescending and disrespectful manner… and for absolutely no reason. We are a professional couple in our late 60’s and use to this type of strong arm behavior.Use caution when dealing with this agency. They ruined an otherwise lovely trip.

We celebrated our daughter's 40th birthday. The property was in walking distance to great restaurants and attractions. Underground parking was a bonus. Well equipped kitchen for breakfast and cooking a dinner at home. Only drawback was no central air conditioning.

The property is perfect for a family trip. The condo was in great shape and the family/dinning room and kitchen layout is great for spending time together. The view out to the mountain is beautiful and we enjoyed the afternoons/early evenings in the balcony. Extremely satisfied overall.

Excellent ski in/out property with plenty of space for 6 people. The unit was very modern with nice finishing touches. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and went above and beyond to return an ipad we left behind.

This is a beautiful property with features such as a great pool, back porch, and comfortable living areas. No AC, as is common in mountain homes, so it was a little hot the week we were there. That said, we had a great time!

This location was the site of a girls weekend away, and we had a wonderful time. The condo is decorated with a modern and simple style and all the comforts you would wish for -- lovely pool area, private back porch, well appointed kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. We visited in the third week of August, and the weather was very warm. Without AC, we found the evenings pretty warm inside the bedrooms, even with the extra fans in the closet. However, I suspect this would be a challenge for most mountain residences in an especially hot week, so it is hard to hold that against this location. We really enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

We had an amazing stay. Wonderful view of Aspen mountain. The condo was extremely comfortable, super clean and very well stocked. Access to skiing was incredibly easy. The condo was literally next to a chair lift so one could easily ski in/ski out. Kim was extremely helpful with my thousand and one questions. Really gave great advice and suggestions. We would definitely like to stay at the property again.

Great location with the base of the lift being about 50 yards away. Newly renovated with modern upscale finishes. A 2-3 block walk to the center of town, the gondola and the bus stop if you want to enjoy the other mountains such as Snowmass. It is up a hill walking back from town, then up some steps to get to the unit, so you need to be in shape. I would strongly recommend it!

The place was gorgeous. We had no issues whatsoever, but whenever we had some administrative questions, iTripvacations was quick to answer, very courteous, and very helpful.

Wonderful location and beautiful condo.

The condo was gorgeous and the location was incredible...I walked to everything I needed such as restaurants and grocery store. It was also VERY clean and provided everything I needed and then some. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were all tastefully remodeled, and the views were spectacular. Perfect location for walking to events in town. Great spot. Would definitely stay here again. Our group was 2 couples and my 2 adult children. Perfect fit!
