Located on the second level, the condo is accessed by three flights of stairs from the parking area. Inside, vaulted wood-beam ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace create a warm and inviting space. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas are designed for relaxing and gathering. The breakfast bar seats four, while the nearby dining table seats four and sits beside the sliding glass door leading to the private balcony. Step outside to take in the views across the valley, or settle in by the fireplace after a day of adventure.

The two main-floor bedrooms offer comfortable, quiet retreats. The primary bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom, while a second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. Upstairs, the loft provides a fun space for kids, complete with two twin beds and a private bathroom. Pack less and utilize the in-unit washer and dryer, located in the loft area.

The community pool (summer only) and hot tub are just steps away offer a nice way of relaxing tired muscles after a day on the slopes or trails. In-unit laundry adds convenience for longer stays. Whether you're visiting Snowmass Village to ski in the winter or hiking and exploring in the summer, this inviting mountain getaway offers a comfortable home base with beautiful views and easy access to everything the area has to offer. The convenient Snowmass resort shuttle runs every 15 minutes during the winter daytime hours and 30 minutes in the evening, up to the base village lifts, shops and restaurants.

Portable AC units (for the bedrooms or living area as applicable) are available for rent but must be reserved at time of booking. Limited quantity available - please check for availability before confirming your stay if AC is needed.

Hot tub is open during the off-season. Pool open for summer late May or early June to Late August or September (TBD). Please contact us before booking to confirm availability. Note: We do not offer refunds if amenities are closed due to mechanical issues or HOA requirements.

******The Homeowner Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into this home, please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals******

All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.

Aspen Pitkin County airport is located 3 miles from Aspen and 7 miles from Snowmass Village.
