This home sleeps comfortably across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master is a serene primary suite with a spa-like ensuite bath and glass shower. The guest bedroom and master are located on the main level of the home while the charming loft-style third bedroom is tucked under the eaves, featuring twin beds that can be bridged to one king for a small fee at time of booking. Please note that this loft space is very private however does not have a door.

Guests will also enjoy access to the community's outdoor pool (seasonal) and hot tub, available year-round. This inviting outdoor space is perfect for unwinding after skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer.

Please note: this home is a true mountain hideaway, accessed via a 3 sets of stairs with no elevator. Our team is available for luggage assistance with 48 hours advance notice.

Hot tub is open during the off-season. Pool open for summer late May or early June to Late August or September (TBD). Please contact us before booking to confirm availability. Note: We do not offer refunds if amenities are closed due to mechanical issues or HOA requirements.

******The Homeowner Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into this home, please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals******

All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.

Aspen Pitkin County airport is located 3 miles from Aspen and 7 miles from Snowmass Village.
