We always have a great stay at the Shadowbrook condo. It has everything we need and is clean. It has easy parking, great location to the mountain, and an amazing hot tub and pool.

This condo suited our group of five well for a ski week in Snowmass - it had a nice and well-equipped kitchen that made meal preparation easy, and three separate sleeping areas and bathrooms. Hot tob was nice and the ski locker was handy. It was just a minute or two walk from the locker to the hill, and a 30 second slide down to the Village Express lift. The layout of the condo is a bit awkward - there is no front hall, so as soon as you walk in you are in the kitchen, and there is not much space for taking ski boots off if more than one person enters at a time. There is a winding staircase right by the front door leading to the lower level where the bedrooms are, so best not to have bags that are heavy or unwieldy. (tough for a ski trip) We had a few maintenance issues - the fan in the upstairs bathroom didn't work, and the heat was preset and we could not control it. It took a few days to regulate that, and many visits from representatives. That said, the mgmt company was very responsive and helpful, and brought us space heaters to assist.

Great slope-side unit at a great location. What you see is what you get: a clean and very pleasant condo with plenty of room for one family.

True ski in-ski out property! I walked 70ft to the snow. Location is also excellent, right in the middle between the Snowmass Mall and Base Village.The RFTA Snowmass Mall station was also right there and convenient to access the other aspen mountains. Interiorly, the property was also excellent, well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The heated pool and hottub were a plus!

We loved our stay at #104!! Everything was clean and just as described. We had a very nice arrival gift basket and all of the information for a perfect vacation! The beds were super comfy and there were lots of extra pillows!! The grotto like hot tub is lovely and Insta worthy! They were also very flexible and we were able to have an early check in and late check out. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was already ice in the ice bin. All 3 of the bathrooms were spotless and had ALL of your needs covered! The location was perfect! Just a short walk up to the Mall area and Shuttle bus line.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! We liked that the condo was a short walk to the Snowmass Mall which was convenient for dining, shopping, and catching the bus to the other ski mountains. The ski-in-ski-out location was also great! The hot tub was soothing after a full day of skiing. The parking for our vehicle was convenient.

I can’t recommend this condo enough. The location was perfect! We had a great time and they checked on us a couple of times making sure we didn’t need anything. The condo was very nice and clean. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything itrip!

The Shadowbrook unit was well appointed and the service was perfect. The management checked in often to make sure our every need was met. Excellent stay!

We just stayed five nights in 104 Shadowbrook. The unit was in good condition and very clean. The location is excellent with Ski In - Ski Out and only a 5 minute walk to Snowmass Mall and the Snowmass Bus Station. It's also easy to take the Mall Gondola down to Snowmass Village. The kitchen was very well stocked with various utensils and was laid out well for meal prep. The master bedroom was ENORMOUS complete with a fireplace, sitting area and fabulous shower. The guest bedroom was spacious, as well. It was an easy walk to the slope-side hot tubs and the gas fireplace was welcome after a day on the slopes. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention how attentive and responsive the iTrip staff was. We had no major issues, just small questions which were all answered accurately and quickly. We'd definitely stay at 104 Shadowbrook again!

We had our another amazing iTrip stay at Shadowbrook!! This was our third time staying in this condo complex and it will not be our last! Spotlessly clean, great communication from the staff, beautiful condo. Such a perfect and convenient place to stay if you are planning to ski, and there was a small hill outside the first floor entrance where kids could sled and play in the snow, which was amazing! 100% recommended!!

Great condo steps away from the gondola. We stayed in off-season so enjoyed the quiet. The condo was nicely updated and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Fireplaces in both the living room and primary suite were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The apartment is really bright and inviting. It has 1st floor access into the living space, 1 bathroom on this floor and a balcony with grill, then down stairs there's a laundry room and 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and walk-out access to the shared lawn and (beautiful) pool and hot tubs. It's an end unit with a creek and Aspen trees right next to it. The location is amazing! You could ski right to the door in winter. It's between the Village and Base Village, really close to the ski lift. I appreciated the abundance of towels, soaps, lotion, tissues, etc. Also, the comfortable and smart pull-out beds, the high powered bathroom fans, and the nicely upgraded showers and detachable shower head (my kids don't like the water spraying their faces). The coffee maker didn't work and they sent someone right over with a new one. They're very attentive hosts.

This was a very nice condo, in a quiet building along the ski hill. It was easily walkable to both the lower and upper Snowmass Villages, with restaurants and shops. We enjoyed hiking right from our door. The small pool and hot tubs were never crowded - in fact, we were often the only ones there (summer month). Overall a great place to stay and we could see ourselves coming back to stay again. Only complaint we had was the cost of the "cleaning fee" which seemed too high for VRBO properties of this size.

Wonderful duplex located just below Upper Village! You can’t beat the location. The unit itself was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely return!

We had the perfect week in Snowmass with our two boys during spring break. Staying at Shadowbrook (in condo 104) was great, convenient and we highly recommend it. Thanks for the memories!

Excellent location for days at Snowmass and amenities after the slopes are closed. So nice to be able to ski right out each day. In the evenings it was an easy walk to the Mall or even the Village. Convenient to the Brush Creek Park & Ride if you have a car to catch the free bus to other mountains. Property was super comfortable, and we loved having the bedrooms downstairs. Living area was great and the kitchen was well stocked for our needs. We would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying here. Everything was well thought out and the condo was the best provisioned rental we have ever stayed in. The team at ITRIPS was helpful and responsive too!

Had a really great stay! The condo was spotless, the pool/hot tub were amazing and close to the property. We could walk to the Snowmass mall and there is a covered parking spot out front. We had an amazing time and want to book it again!

The Airbnb was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway! Located in a great part of Snowmass Village, it was easy to get to the grocery store, to Aspen, and to trails. Kim was very helpful with check in and check out instructions. I’d stay again!

Very impressed by this condo - high end, super clean, walkable to everything, easy parking right next to the unit, and a great property manager whp made everything easy and obvious. Would definitely recommend this condo and location.

Excellent unit and very responsive property management staff. The lock for the front door did not work when we arrived, luckily we could get in a back door with the code. They were able to get all doors working the next day. Only complaint is the master bed was not very comfortable and the pillows on all beds were some of the firmest, hard pillows I've ever used. My young kids could not use them as they were massive and didn't sleep well. Management brought out some replacements which were the same consistency. I would suggesting bringing your own pillows. The rest of the condo was great and we enjoyed our visit.

We had a great stay at Shadowbrook. The location is perfect - it’s one level below the Village Mall and about three levels above the Base Village. Snowmass is on the side of a mountain so everything is either an uphill walk or downhill walk. Great thing is that there is a free gondola that runs all day between the mall and base, so if we went downhill to the base village instead of walking back up we could take the gondola instead. The condo itself is updated nicely and well maintained. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us. We could walk out from our lower level rooms to easily get to the pool and the upper level balcony overlooked beautiful aspens and the pool area and slopes off to the right. Communication with the mgmt office was easy via text, but we didn’t have any problems that required maintenance. The only con I can think of is that the mattress and pillows were too firm for me and my husband but that’s personal preference. I would stay at Shadowbrook again if I go back to Snowmass!

Great spot, close to shopping and restaurants. We rode the Bike Park for 3 days and it was a perfect location to get to the lifts. The grounds and pool were exceptional. Excellent experience!

My wife and I stayed in a condo on the Snowmass slopes in July 2021. Beautiful! Had a great time. Snowmass was a “good busy”, if not a bit sleepy, but Aspen was insanely crowded, so we were glad to be staying at Snowmass with non crowded restaurants and tons to do. We stayed in a Shadowbrook condo - walkable to everything at the resort, and a two level, high-end condo. ITrip staff made the process super easy. Would definitely stay in that condo complex again and use iTrip again. Impressed!

We had a great weeklong stay with out 8 year old daughter. The condo was spotlessly clean and everything looks new. Comfortable beds, nice linens, washer/dryer and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in for a few meals. We loved having the pool (it's heated and so nice) right down the stairs and used it every single day of our stay. It's just a short walk to the upper village and a free gondola right down to the base village. Katie was so quick to respond to my questions and check in and check out were easy and seamless. We would love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great location for your skiing experience walking distance from everything you need

This is an ideal location - everything you need is within a 5 minute walk. Great pool with 2 huge hot tubs. Lots of little extra small things that just made staying here so easy. Great communication.

Our trip and stay here at Snowmass was amazing! The condo had all the amenities of home! I would highly recommend this condo and location, it’s very close to Aspen. A 5 Star for sure!

Well equipped kitchen with Weber grill on deck with NG line. Plenty of room to spread out with spacious two bedrooms. Minutes to walk or ride to various mountain biking trails. Parking was spacious enough for full size pickup truck. The bike storage room is a public room for residents. Suggest bringing cable and lock for additional security. We had no issues. Pool/hot tub is gorgeous with nice landscaping. Would definitely rent this location again!

We rented this property the weekend of my daughters surprise engagement. It was lovely! We loved the Location of the property - it was at the end/corner of the building, and we were surrounded by views of beautiful lush Colorado aspen trees and pretty landscaping. This property had an updated kitchen, comfortable beds, and a fresh feel. I would love to stay here again!
