The unit was great- 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The kitchen was well equipped, the unit was clean and very conveniently located. The hot tub was also very nice in rhe cool evenings. I would definitely rent this unit again.

The unit was very well equipped and in a good location- close to the village and the mall. The bedrooms were spacious and each had its own bathroom. Our group was small but I imagine this would be a huge convenience for a larger group.

Location of condo was great - easy access to Snowmass base village and hiking, biking and gondola etc. It t was very well equipped. Sitting area and balcony were a little tight for our party of 5 adults and 2 children but otherwise we were very satisfied with the accommodation.

It sounds like you had a mostly positive experience at Shadowbook’s room 304! The spaciousness, the convenience of being close to the ski lift, and the charming wood accents and Native American themes seem to have contributed to a pleasant stay. The gas fireplace and full kitchen are definitely great amenities for a cozy and self-sufficient holiday. Jacuzzi could have been warmer. Highly recommend

Right on Fanny hill just downhill from the Mall level. 3 bedrooms each with it’s own bathroom very comfortable for 6 people. Everything was just as described. Clean, plenty of towels. Kitchen was well equipped and functional.

This is our 4th time staying with I Trip. They are attentive and awesome. The location was great and facilities were perfect. I have been coming to Snowmass for 30 years and with I Trip it’s even better. Everything goes without a hitch and the staff are very responsive

We loved the location of Shadowbrook. The unit was very comfortable and we loved the pool and 2 hot tubs!

The unit was excellent, located slope side for easy access. Unit had everything we needed and was perfect for our week stay. Would stay here again.

We had a group of 6 “older adults” (3 couples). Thus, having a bedroom with a private bath for each couple was a huge plus. The unit was well appointed and very comfortable. We might have liked more dining space and more comfortable seating for the 6 adults, but we understood the space was limited, and we did okay with what we had. The queen size bunk beds were not the most comfortable for an older couple, but again, we anticipated that from the pictures, and worked with what we had. We found the decor of the unit very welcoming. The bench for changing boots, the storage for skiing extras (cubbies), and being able to store and lock skis right outside the door were all extremely convenient. Most convenient, however, was the ski-in/ ski-out access!! All in all, Shadowbrook 304 was well worth our trip to Snowmass.

This place was a excellent choice for our 2 day stay. It was clean and very comfortable for 7. While the checkin was a breeze following the instructions, the decor matched the theme. The views were outstanding. The bedrooms were spacious. Definitely recommending this place

We had a great time

This house was perfect for my husband and I, our two young boys and my parents. Each room had a bathroom and the rooms had plenty of space and comfy beds. The doors were thick enough that the adults could stay up, while the boys slept, and the sounds stayed out of the bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The patio was perfect for watching the balloon festival! We will likely be back next year.

We enjoyed our trip! The location was great for ski school, and proximity to the mall; the pool and hottub were favorites for our kiddos; the view was wonderful; and everything we needed was there for us. Thank you.

The good stuff was great! Elevator, parking space (CLUTCH!), walk to slopes. All great. When the dishwasher broke, it was fixed the very next day.The downside is if it sleeps eight, eight people can't eat together since there is no dining room, no table, and no chairs. The counter/bar is an OK place to eat and 5-6 stools. We were seven and had to eat dinner with some on the couch, not together. That's a bit odd. Kitchen is tiny with very little counter space.Thank you.

Pros: On-site staff was great, especially Josh. Great location slopeside, great views, condo was well designed and well equipped. Nice having Netflix. Jacuzzis down by the pool were great. Perfectly placed Right in between Snowmass Mall and Base Village. Very nice mountain decor. Cons: Mattresses need upgrading- at these prices, not acceptable.

This condo did not disappoint! Location is right below center village and on Fanny Hill. Ski locker on the ground floor is on the way to the slope - very convenient. This is a true ski-in/ski-out experience! And, to get to center village for food or shopping after skiing, it’s just a quick walk up a few short flights of steps - can’t beat that! You can also easily walk down to the base village as well. Parking is covered and clearly marked, and very close to the elevator. Upon walking into the condo, we were welcomed by a long hallway with many cubbies to hold boots, helmets, bags, gloves - you name it! On the other side of the hallway was an endless row of hooks for coats and things - so smart. (Bonus - the bottom row is just above a heating vent so in the morning you put your feet into warmed boots!) The three bedrooms are spacious and well-laid out, all with en-suite bathrooms which is awesome. The living area has lots of seating available, and a beautiful view of the slopes and pool/hot tub area. You can also enjoy the view from the lovely patio. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the things you’d need to enjoy your meals. The layout is narrow but manageable! If I had to nitpick on SOMETHING, would be the dining area. There is an island area off the galley-kitchen that has large, slightly clunky bar-chairs that are a bit cumbersome to move. There is a folding table in the living area tho and some folding chairs that are quite comfortable to sit in, but we opted not to use them since it would have made the living area very cramped. But - it IS available to use so we appreciated the option. The owners clearly thought of everything and we were so happy to stay there. We would definitely return!

Shadowbrook allowed us to relax after skiing on the slopes, knowing that we could easily walk back to our condo or take the sky cab. We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas stay at Kims!Due to some crazy weather, we were able to add a day to our booking and it couldn't have been more ideal. The unit was super comfortable and very cozy in an excellent location. Management was superb in quick and efficient responses to our questions, of which we did not have too many. Before arriving, we received an information link that was greatly detailed and answered just about everything.We totally recommend Kim's place and hope to visit again soon!

Unit was as advertised. Excellent location Abbott 1/3 of the way up the mountain- halfway between the lower and upper village. Upper unit with Gish ceilings and an excellent view. Very quiet with fully stocked kitchen. Nice fireplace and large en-suite bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again- Greg

The location of this condo is fantastic. It’s an easy walk to either upper or lower Snowmass Villages or just a short walk to Skittles Gondola. We stayed in the fall (which is a gorgeous time of year in Aspen) but this would be a great winter ski in/out condo. The pool and hot tubs are clean and rejuvenating. The condo was clean, the kitchen well equipped, the fireplace was warming and private bathrooms are attached to every room (very important for 3 couples). The bedroom with the queen and the bunk bedroom mattresses are very uncomfortable. The adults who stayed in these rooms had back, neck and rib pain after 1 night of sleeping on them. Hopefully they’ll either replace the mattresses in those rooms or put pillow toppers on them. Kim checked in frequently and replaced our missing parking pass quickly. Checking in/out of the condo was a breeze and before our vacation a full itinerary of the condo was sent to us. We will stay again if they change the mattress situation.

Location was fantastic! Easy access to free gondola, shops, restaurants and fun. 3 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great for privacy with plenty of room in common areas for our group. Elevator helpful with luggage and groceries. Would book this place again in the future.

Loved it! Staff was awesome. Very accommodative. Only feedback is that it can get hot at night in July but is manageable. It may help to put a screen door on the porch so you can keep door open for air but not let in bugs. Thank you for everything!

The appliances are high quality. Easy to prepare meals The location is slope side and it is very easy to access both the upper and lower viillages.The view is beautiful. It is close to the pool and hot tubs. Free laundry facilities.Quite a lucky find for our vacation.

Comfortable and roomy ski in/out condo on the slopes. The community hot tubs were not quite as clean as they could have been. No washer/dryer but a free one is available for you downstairs. We had a great time and the snow dumped on us.

The condo was perfect for what we needed. Our group was 6 adults and it provided plenty of space in the perfect locations.

We loved our stay at Snowmass Village. We came during off-season so a lot was closed but it was still great. The distance to restaurants/groceries was great and Aspen was only a short drive away as well. Check in went smoothly and we were able to check in a little early since we arrived sooner than expected. Everything was well stocked. It was perfect for our family of 7 with 5 children.

Went on a girls trip and this was perfect. Great condo, loved the western decor. Property management was fast and efficient. It was nice that all 3 rooms were basically master suites with own bathroom. Huge plus!!! Loved the Hot :)Some comments (not rental property fault):- construction noise going on during the day-fireplace stopped working and maintenance had to come (came within few hours)-95% of everything was closed nearby due to closing for the season.

Three BR, each with its own full bath, can't beat this with a stick. One block from Snowmass Mall and the bus station. Also convenient to hiking and trailheads. Not a skier but the building is right on the slopes.

The property was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location for adults and teenagers to easily get to restaurants and fun. Perfectend to our summer. We’d love to stay here again!

We stayed at Shadowbrook 304 for a week in July. It was wonderful. The property was clean and had all the amenities we could have wanted. The location was prime. We loved Snowmass - something for everyone. We hope to come back next summer, and maybe during ski season!

The property is amazing. Every detail was thought and the decoration is one of a kind. The management company did an amazing job as well. My wife is a travel agent and our standards are very high. It was extremely clean and every thing was up to a hotel chain standards more than an private owner property. We will definitely come back when we are back in Aspen.

Great location, right between the two villages. Beautiful view off the patio. Great for parties that want 2 master bedrooms. Elevator makes third floor convenient. Fun Western theme and decor.

Too warm through night even with windows and balcony door open. Couldnt get temp set lower than 77 to 79.

Unit was great location and while quite small set-up very well for a group with the 3 bedrooms and en suite baths. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans.Disliked · Had multiple issues with the keypad lock, but management company was responsive in helping and came the next day to change the battery which seemed to mostly alleviate the issue. Compared to other rentals one disadvantage is transportation to and from Aspen airport in not provided. This didn't seem like a big deal upon booking, but as it was nearly impossible to book a return ride and $150 to go 15 min this is a definite disadvantage of the property.

Room configuration for a large family is perfect. Bathroom in every room. No A/C was the only down fall. Great place, need to come back and visit in the winter
