We had a great stay at this condo. The location is very convenient and they have a recently remodeled pool/hot tub area that is very nice. Only complaint is that the design of the condo has the bathrooms right off of the bedrooms with no bathroom that is accessible without going into the bedroom. This becomes a bit of an issue if you have people going to bed at different times. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom door that is more of a barn door style so it is a little loud when others are in the bathroom and not a complete sound barrier. It may not be as big of a deal for some people but I figure good for folks to know the layout.

Hauled luggage and groceries up 3 flights of stairs. Hot tub is a good block away with cars and buses driving on road you are walking on since no sidewalk. Not safe for kids. Lot is very low and 6 & 7 year olds hit their heads on the thick beam running across the ceiling. Can’t imagine adult’s sleeping in loft. Not safe for small children. Loft is in room with a double bed and single bed which was shoved right up to the curtains to fit Dryer was not working well at all and we only did small loads. It died the last day so had to fly home with wet clothes. Bathroom shower handle and entire backing came off the wall the first time it was used and drain not working so stood in standing water. For the price, it was ridiculous with so many inconveniences. If you like to board or ski, this might work well for location. For a family vacation, I cannot recommend. I’m not a perfectionist, far from it but I saved for this for a very long time and was quite disappointed. I reported all issues.

Not at all what I was expecting. Run down and Super loud between the road noise and people partying. It does not have AC so the only way to cool it down is with the windows open so you hear everything. Most of the building seemed to be rentals of younger people. Toilet in master bedroom runs and shower drain cover is not attached. Bed is rock hard in Master as well. Just a poor experience but lesson learned. NO AC is a deal breaker

My husband and I and two other friends stayed for 3 nights on a quick ski trip. Pros: Super professional management company. Great communication. Very friendly and responsive hosts. Easy and accommodating check in. Lots of information and recommendations. Easy and convenient parking. Cons: Not a true ski in - ski out location, a decent bit of walking in gear involved. Hot tub facilities are a long, dark, treacherous, cold walk away. Hot tub itself is tiny and lukewarm, wildly out of date, poorly maintained, and filled with locals who are not staying on the property (local restaurant workers etc.) Bathroom in the larger bedroom was a bit dirty and sink wouldn’t drain making it even more gross. Smaller and more outdated than expected for the price (one of the rooms had 4 beds for 5 people, bathrooms were teeny tiny). Requires some planning and patience to get to any restaurants on the shuttle that only comes 2x an hour.

The property was in a great location. Could access Snowmass village/mall with ease. Currently a bit of contsruction in the town. Keep in mind I am an ultra clean person, the sheets were spotted, the foundation of the condo was slanted, and it smelled like mothballs. Overall, the management company was amazing! They were kind, quick to respond, and eager to assist.

The place was clean and centrally located , my only problem was the sofa pull out bed , it was old and not comfortable

The place is nice, clean, and well located by being near the mountain slopes. The apartment is rather small. The pictures may be deceiving. Other than that we had a great time, and we certainly recommend the place.

Really professional operation, the management were highly responsive to any issues. The location is in a really prime position with a ski lift, bus stops and the grocery store in easy walking distance. The beds were comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. We would definitely stay here again. Beware that the hot tub facility is not located at the apartment, but is about a 3 minute walk away.

Nice space with well stocked amenities. Be sure to note that the hot tub is not on the balcony but is part of the outdoor community pool.

The condo was great and did not disappoint. It was everything it said in the listing and was a great time. The pool was closed the whole time and was extremely dirty. They started cleaning it when we were there but it was not ready when we left. Would have been really nice to have use of the pool for the boys during our trip. If the pool was available, it would be a five star all day.

This was a good condo in a good location. The management team was great to work with on our stay.

Great location. You can walk or shuttle to the grocery store or to the village. We also took the shuttle into Aspen one day. Management team was very nice and accommodating.

Excellent location for Anderson Ranch workshops and very close to grocery store. 3rd floor walk up at altitude was challenging and laundry facility is very far from the condo.

I thought the place was great, it was nice, clean, I appreciated the little welcome note, the location was nice and convenient as well. The property management was exceptional, Kim was very responsive to any/all questions and needs. The only slight disappointment (& I realize it was just a timing thing)....was that there was some sort of construction going on near the rental property which created a lot of noise as well as strong fumes from the vehicles & machinery, to the point we couldnt keep the front sliders open). All in all, I would recommend this property.

Fabulous upper level apartment. No lift in the complex, so be prepared for a climb of 3 flights of stairs. All good if mobility not limited.Lovely view up to one of the ski runs and across part of the village. Quick walk up the back of the apartments to Clarke’s food market, which has everything you need for your stay. Can order online and have it home delivered also! So good!All linen provided and plenty of space.Full kitchen which was fabulous!Easy check in and out and quick and easy communication with hosts.

Awesome views. Enjoyed the pool and comfy couches and sitting on the porch. The master shower/toilet area might be a tight squeeze if you are a large person. Nice beds! All this place needs is an updated stove.

We had a really nice stay and would recommend, although a lot of stairs to get bags up from the parking lot.

Great location for skiing Snowmass and the surrounding mountains. The property was as described and well stocked. host proactively provided accurate information and check in/check out we're a breeze. As described, it's on the 3rd floor so you will be lugging your gear up the stairs at elevation, not necessarily easy for low lander's. Loft in the second bedroom has low ceilings but works in a pinch if needed. Access to skiing worked great for our group with the shuttle stop right outside the unit and the 8:08 shuttle getting you to Snowmass for first lifts. As long as there's snow, you can ski back to the condo at the end of the day. There's a shuttle stop for access to Highlands and Aspen a two minute walk down the road. Grocery store a short walk up the hill. March 2024, the hot tub up the road was down for maintenance.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at this condo in Aspen with a small group of friends. The condo was fitted with new appliances and was very clean. It had nearly everything that we wanted.The proximity to the ski slopes made it very easy for us to access Snowmass and was a great convenience. The kitchen was decently equipped with the essentials, but you may need to buy some additional things to supplement. The bedrooms were comfortable enough and were well stocked with the toiletries and towels we needed.The property management team was responsive and ensured a seamless stay from start to finish. Access to Snowmass Village and Aspen was simple via bus as the bus stop was just a couple minutes' walk away. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

Highly recommend! Amazing host - very responsive to any questions. The condo was absolutely perfect!! Easy to walk to base village, restaurants, market or take the super convenient shuttle to get around. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Everything was amazing from beginning to end. The host kept checking if we needed anything. The view was amazing and so was everything else. We can’t wait to go back and make more memories!

Great place. Very clean and up to date. It was wonderful to sit out on the balcony at the end of a busy day hiking or shopping. The area is expensive so that is why I gave it 4 stars for value. Glad we found this little gem.

This was my second time staying in Snowmass under this vacation management group, and this is by far and away my favorite place to stay in Pitkin County. The airbnb is modern, clean, cozy and lovely. Kim and her team are absolutely wonderful hosts!

This property is the ideal place to stay while Aspen and/or Aspen Snowmass…it has been nicely renovated and updated with a location and view that can’t be beat.

Our stay at this property was amazing….the accommodations were beautifully updated and the location is perfect for a getaway in the mountains. A very short drive into Aspen and everything it has to offer, but the peaceful atmosphere of Snowmass…very short walk along a gorgeous path to restaurants, shopping, and groceries. We will definitely be booking this property again…..I can’t say enough good things about this location.

First time using Airbnb and was not disappointed. 10/10 would recommend this stay to a friend. There were even some lovely treats in a basket on the kitchen counter for us. Check-in was a breeze and check-out hassle free. Loved it.

We had a wonderful time! The place was very nice and updated—the kitchen had the basics and all the tools needed and it can comfortably sleep 8 or so people though we were only 5. Kim was very communicative and responsive and also allowed us a late check out. I did not expect a third floor walk up and wish the hot tub was closer but otherwise we were very happy and the walkable proximity to the mountain and the bus station around snowmass and to Aspen was great.

Great location, super convenient access across the bridge to Assay Hill and an easy layout for a family of four.

We piled 9 adults in this beautiful condo for a few days and while it was tight it was wonderful! The location and everyone's ability to ski down to Assay Hill and home again or take the shuttle gave everyone the flexibility they needed to be on their own time. Then the crowd left and 4 of us enjoyed the comfort and ease of this wonderful spot and it was perfect. The 3 flights of stairs were not an issue for us- happy to climb to have the view and the vaulted ceilings. The kitchen was well stocked -- we cooked in a couple of nights!

My colleagues and I had a great stay in Snowmass for a weeklong ski conference. Very clean, beds were comfortable. Check-in/Check-out was seamless. Host very responsive. Location was ideal to ski across the bridge to one of the lifts. Would definitely stay again.

The place was exactly how it looked in the pictures and description. Reason I’m giving a full 5 star review is that the staff are super responsive, and go out of their way to make sure you’re having a positive experience, which made a big difference for us throughout our stay.

Great location. Ski in Ski out once you get down the stairs .... it is just over the bridge so super convenient! Great location to the base chairlift. Walking distance to Snowmass Village on the walking path which is very peaceful. Walking distance to Clark's Market which has everything you possibly need during your stay. The staircases were a bit treacherous and ice covered and the roofs were constantly being worked on for snow removal. The hot tub was not quite as we were expecting or hoping for and therefore only went one time. Otherwise, a great 2 bedroom/2 bath + loft condo that easily sleeps 6-7 people. We will definitely be back to Snowmass and would definitely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful trip! Snowmass was a quick drive away from Aspen, where the wedding events were. The condo was awesome and just perfect for our stay.

A great find! Was very clean and just as pictured. Location was good, walkable to the bottom portion of the the Snowmass mall area, and you can take the gondola up to the upper part. Also walkable to the grocery and liquor stores. It would be nice if there were a couple of additional chairs on the deck, but other than that it was a great stay.

This is a wonderful condo with a great balcony overlooking the mountains! Our kids loved sleeping in the loft area. The location is great - you can walk to snow mass village and catch the gondola. Our kids had a blast doing the alpine coaster!

Nice stay, the main thing I would say is staying on the 3rd floor plus the outside stairs is more like packing your stuff up 4 flights was a little rough. Definitely we would pay more attention to this on our next stay. Missing a few things text the office and the next day everything was there. No AC so a little hot but it was unusually hot outside.

Couldn't have asked for a better rental unit for our vacation in Snow Mass, Colorado. It was so spacious with a big kitchen and an absolutely gorgeous view. Plenty of room for our family to sleep comfortably and a huge common/living area to relax together.

Condo was clean and spacious with great views of the surrounding mountains. Close to Clark's Market and a few restaurants as well as bus transportation, all of which ended up being super convenient. Hot tub was clutch!

Highly reccommend Kim's place to anyone travelling to Aspen Snowmass. The location is unbeatable. It's close to skiing resort and grocery store. The view from the window is amazing!

Kim’s condo is wonderful. I would highly recommend for anyone taking a trip to Snowmass/Aspen. Perfect location, hospitality, and everything else in between.

The condo is well appointed with anything you need and clean. It has easy access to parking right out front and walking to groceries, hikes, and gondola.

We went to Snowmass in June and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This location was perfect- easy access to everything. The property was clean, quiet, and had everything- even humidifiers and fans. The kids loved the loft area (9 & 12). We could walk to the grocery store and had trails leading everywhere throughout the town. Loved the Elk Gondola area and recommend the following hikes: Ditch Trail, Rim Trail South to Spiral Point, Vista Trail (we took it down from the top of the Elk Gondola) and at the Maroon Bells- Scenic Loop and Crater Lake. This is an absolutely gorgeous area in the summer and we will be back!

We stayed here in June and had a wonderful time hiking and biking - such a beautiful area. The condo was in an extremely convenient location. We could walk to get groceries, there were hiking/biking trails connecting everywhere to Snowmass, and/or everything was just a few minutes drive. The condo was clean and quiet and the owners answered all of our questions very quickly. Our kids (9&12) loved the loft area to sleep. We will be back!

Kim is amazing and the place is perfect. The attention to detail around cleanliness and ensuring that it was sparkling and fresh was super appreciated. The internet is great, the location is amazing, and the customer service is awesome. Highly recommend.

PLUS: Nice decor, nice view, good fireplace, good kitchen, nice bathroom in the 2nd room, good access to skiing either by shuttle or direct over bridge to assay hill lift. Kim and her team did an outstanding job of supporting the stay and were immediately available for any question.MINUS: Biggest minus is third floor location without elevator. Be prepared to go up and down with your skis and poles while wearing your boots everyday, it's not fun. Ski storage is right outside your unit, so they can't be left on the main level. Other minuses are less significant, unit is a little tired, mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced, bathroom in master bedroom is awkwardly small.This was a ski trip for my adult daughter and myself and for our purposes it was fine and we had a great time. If you're seeking 5 star luxury (e.g. if I was bringing my wife), you'd have to look further and, of course, spend more.

Exactly as advertised! Perfect location for a ski weekend for 6 at Snowmass with easy shuttle access to Aspen.

I have now rented this condo two years in a row for the same week. I picked it on price and having lot of beds. The location turned out to be the best! Walk to ski, walk to grocery & liquor stores, walk to the base areas-less than a mile. The climb to the third floor isn’t the greatest, but that’s how you get to have the loft! Hot tub is a little inconvenient, but we found plenty to stay busy without even going there. Definitely would stay there again. ITrips in Snowmass is easy to work with. No complaints.

Our Snowmass rental was as advertised. We couldn't have been happier with the location. We would definitely rent from Kim again.

We had a good stay here. The price is reasonable for the condition. Plenty of towels and paper supply. Bed is comfortable. The dinner ware is not enough for 8 people so we bought some disposable ones. Bring your own salt and oil if cooking.There is a small market 4 min drive away which is convenient. There is shuttle to the snowmass resort every 15min.The owner is very responsible for the requests we had. We asked for a bigger cooking pot and usable hair drier. Overall recommend this place!

Our team was in Snowmass Village for Ragnar and the condo was perfectly located. We even got to return to the condo between runs to shower and rest. What a treat! Although there were 8 of us, we didn’t feel cramped and we enjoyed the short walk to the store and extra free parking at the mall. We found great hiking nearby and enjoyed hanging out in Aspen one day.As a heads up, the bathrooms are in the bedrooms so that can make for an interesting night of sleep!

Although the cleaning fee is a little expensive, the apartment is great. The mountain view is beautiful. I got everything I need for cooking & market is 3 min walking distance. Also, it is only 5 min walk or 5 min bus to ski lifts.

Check in and checkout was very easy. We had everything we needed to relax after a hard day of skiing for a full week. The location couldn't have been better for the price, just a 3 minute or so walk to the Assay Hill lift. The Snowmass Village shuttle is right outside the building. Two bathrooms, plenty of towels and toiletries for 8 people. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was nicely furnished and was perfect for our party of four. The view from the balcony was very pretty and the weather was just right for opening the windows and letting the fresh air in. Loved the airiness of the vaulted ceilings. Bed linens were VERY soft and comfortable. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows. Appreciated the supplied toiletries, paper towels, trash bags, and first morning coffee items. Unit was very clean. WiFi and cable tv worked great. Great location. The drive to aspen was less than 20 minutes. Only complaint (very minor) was that there was an iron but no ironing board. The walk up to this third floor unit was fine for us but could prove difficult for anyone who is out of shape and not used to the altitude.

Very easy to book this condo. Great communication from Kim. It is exactly as pictured and very inviting and comfortable. Super clean!!!!!! Love the vaulted ceilings and balcony - nice view. We didn't mind walking up to the 3rd floor, but for some people who aren't used to the elevation, it may be difficult. Great location in Snowmass and super easy to drive to Aspen and other points of interest. Pretty sure we'll book this place again. Thumbs up!

We had no complaints it was wonderful during this time of the year. Condo had everything you needed. Grocery store was a 5 minute walk

the space is cozy and comfortable. the sleeping arrangements are not incredibly private but as a family it was just what we needed. Kim was speedy with her responses to inquiries. we were there for an event - so it was a quick trip, but very comfortable.

This condo is very clean, spacious, and accommodates many guests with comfort! The location in Snowmass is perfect- next to shops and stores, the gondola, and the bus stop into Aspen. As well, Kim is an amazing host and was very considerate of our schedule and communicative the entire time. 100% positive experience! You absolutely can't go wrong staying here. Will definitely stay again!

Nice location and value for Snowmass

Everything was great about this condo. Beautiful views of Snowmass, and the location was excellent being right at the base of the mountain. We could ski across the bridge right up to the condo for lunch. There was plenty of room, and loved the high ceilings and loft area. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was great for our annual guys ski trip. Very close to the bus line and lifts which made "travel" very easy. The owners were awesome in response with every question we had. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Excellent quality, well kept, and great location

We had a great stay for our 4 day ski club trip. Beds are comfy, rooms spacious, (except closing bathroom door in MBR when your in it is a challenge), kitchen is adequate for a condo (no hot pads or oven mits), gas fireplace is awesome, furnishings are nice & comfy.Not enough snow to Ski home across Woodbridge

Kim's condo is in a perfect spot on Snowmass. A short walk across a bridge and you're at the bottom of the Assay Hill lift! We slept 7 adults comfortably, but we're all close friends and comfortable sleeping in the same room. Be sure to note that the loft with two beds is open to one of the queen bedrooms. This was the perfect size condo for our group, but if we had more people we would have been a bit cramped. Kim was really quick with communication to us, which we greatly appreciated, and the check-in / check-out process was a breeze. We'd definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for skiing! Near the grocery store for easy shopping. Clean place and nice fireplace for when it's very cold outside. Would definitely stay here again.
